@@zesiphobandezi9611 hi 👋 there. Some people start wearing on same day. I started with the hospital one on same day But I’ll say start whenever you’re comfortable wearing it, as long as it’s not pressing against/causing pain on the incision site. Hope this helps 😘
Did you experience any stomach cramps postpartum c-section ? I’m having severe ones every week maybe once or twice and I’m 3 months postpartum and breastfeeding
@@kketso1930 yes, i experienced cramps postpartum while breastfeeding, it lasted for some weeks and I learnt it’s normal because cos it’s your uterus shrinking back to a smaller size. I’m not sure if it should be happening till 3months postpartum, please check with your doctor. ❤️

Does the belly binder rub the incision? This will be my first c-section so I’m trying to find the best one to put my mind more at ease.
No it doesn’t. The one I was given at the hospital didn’t rub my incision
