I wish I’m as excited as you, been married for over 5 years now but just when I gave up hope and wanted to live my life to the fullest before visiting a specialist but it came unexpectedly and I’m 6weeks now, I’m still in shock though I’ve mixed feelings like “am I ready for this?” and I keep throwing up 😩 I feel for all the mothers out there

It's so crazy you say how tiring it is the first trimester. I usually exercise 4-5 days per week (heavy lifting, hiit cardio, high intensity), I am finding I have to just go on long walks and do moderate lifting because I just don't have the energy. I also am so thirsty just like you said, but Im peeing so much! This is my first pregnancy after 3 years TTC, I am beyond excited, I just hope everything goes well 😊

I love that you mentioned the emotional part! i suffer with being a bit too emotional, now that im 18 weeks into this, i feel more and more intense waves of emotions. Its nice to know that its normal. You also mentioned that you should surround yourself with positive people and cut off toxic people. Can anyone help me how to cut off a toxic person? Especially when its the father of the child, or rather the relationship we have and idk what to do. Thank you for your video by the way! helped me with many things, thankful for that.
I understand what you felt ma’am, because I also experience this. Sometimes, I have questions about being not enough. You can cry it all out but also pray frequently to help you make feel better.

I’m pregnant with pregnancy #3 and I’m almost 12 weeks! And I have tried EVERYTHING but when the baby don’t want something it comes back on up in the toilet. This is very draining because I’m trying my best to eat healthy , I’ve been 2 the dr twice and they just proscribed me zofran for nausea and vomiting, but I may have to wait until it eases in my 2nd trimester to take my vitamins and fruit etc….any tips? Because everyone knows the 1st trimester is the hardest
