When several committee members pushed relentlessly to get an answer we were told that those who refused would first live under the lock down restrictions indefinitely. And that over a short period of time as more Canadians transitioned into the debt forgiveness program, the ones who refused to participate would be deemed a public safety risk and would be relocated into isolation facilities. Once in those facilities they would be given two options, participate in the debt forgiveness program and be released, or stay indefinitely in the isolation facility under the classification of a serious public health risk and have all their assets seized.
So as you can imagine after hearing all of this it turned into quite the heated discussion and escalated beyond anything I’ve ever witnessed before. In the end it was implied by the PMO that the whole agenda will move forward no matter who agrees with it or not. That it wont just be Canada but in fact all nations will have similar roadmaps and agendas. That we need to take advantage of the situations before thing were completely ignored. Our opinions and concerns were ignored. We were simply told to just do think its going to place Canadians into a dark future.

I find it insanity, that a woman, congresswoman, can stand up in front of a committee and talk about making laws and having to stick to laws and how Republicans don’t want that. I'm pretty sure most of us have known a lot of this for a very long time and yet Chip Roy is 1 of the few people that are complaining about it. The pharmaceutical company is the number one contributor to government officials. They donate campaign funds and hand out money like it's candy while the rest of us pay high cost for everything.
Then why do the Republicans always do their bidding? They voted against lowering prescription drug costs.

Interestingly, for all the Dems hyping it as an example, the evil-expensive Insulin isn't even included in the bill.

They don’t make things better. An amendment to restrict money in campaigns is necessary first. Before term limits our State Legislators had the upper hand with the various interest groups. After term limits the experienced legislators were replaced by a revolving door of ex-staffers and amateurs who need the special interest groups to hold their hands. Term limits don’t help if the money stays.

One of the biggest problems with politicians is that nobody actually watches what they do when they aren't delivering prepared remarks/speeches. If people did then we would have a much cleaner and better government than we do today. I really do wish all congressmen/women and senators would be forced to disclose their tax returns every single year.

Maxine Waters and other Democrats are more focused on the needs and rights of average Americans, while Republicans want to keep America safe for big business, Trumps tax cuts heavily favored the wealthiest Americans and also account for about 25 percent of our current deficit.
