I was arrested for Jan 6th recently. I didn't fight cops, break anything, throw anything, shout, encourage any law breaking, or even wave a flag. I wasn't even wearing a Trump hat. After much of the violence had died down I entered the building through an open door. There were police chatting casually with people inside and we were told not to go beyond a certain point. As an amateur photographer I took many photos that day, as I had at BLM protests and women's marches here in DC. Fast forward 3 years and the FBI arrests me after work with about 4 cars full of armed agents and then raids my home with guns drawn. I spent the day in leg shackles and now have 4 misdemeanor charges. Who am I a danger to?

The FBI confiscated my phone, ipod, laptops, cameras, SE card, and external devices when they raided my house. I was told I would get it back within 2 or 3 week, maybe 4, though they couldn't promise anything. My lawyer has asked them to return it. They can make copies of everything and return my stuff to me but are dragging their feet. I want my photos to support my case, which could be around the corner.

Its admirable when the small purse dog tries to chase away a wolf, but we have to be smart and know there is a good chance the wolf will eat the purse dog and not be surprised by it. I get that in those states its probably illegal to carry, so she should sue every single law maker (because cops are not legally required to protect you) for the injuries, as they are responsible for her injuries. I’m a born & bred NYer but have admiration for our country & other states. Rep. Wesley Hunt of Texas is a true American badass. He attended West Point & flew Apaches. As ex-Army I have a lot of love for Army brother & sisters, & of course, the other branches. Afterwards he earned an MBA, MPA & MA. Now he’s serving in Congress. What can this man not do? Having such a smart, articulate & accomplished man serving for you in Texas should make all Texans & American proud. He is the diametrical opposite of many we see in congress who are not only unintelligent but delusional & hate this country. Texas is lucky to have such a member serving for them. My state is run by a bunch of ideologues & activists who use politics not to serve the people but to push their agenda & crazy ideas on their constituents.

That is treason. ANTIFA protesting outside the government sites and burning things is an act of protest that went WAY too far. Trump wasn't going to be forcibly removed from office during all of those riots.
