We've been here before, right? I remember the outside laundry. Seems like a nice property. You really know your stuff and do right by your customers. All the best dude!

Next time put the cable thru a piece of 2 inch pipe when you have to reach that far. Controls mess, helps with binding up, extends your reach.

I remember that silly washer/dryer location, bad enough LG has terrible reviews especially for their Fridge's, Appliance tech comes up to service them and sees location and might cancel warranty. Good thing neighbor didn't see you looking into window at clog, There's a peeper next door!

U like that K60 better than a drum style snake? Just curious. Kinda looks like more work but I guess it's easier on the ol back maybe.

@trent1755 I prefer the k60 and yes it's more work. However I can get that cable down any cleanout. I used to have a model 300 and it's just too heavy and the 55 magnum cable was awful, couldn't get it to go down anything or around any bends

When you go out that door you have to be careful you don’t end up in the pool.

Why are the washer and dryer outside?

You’re a nice person. Hard worker. I enjoy your videos. I wish you would work
smart instead of hard. Meaning “sub” your drain cleaning. Just a suggestion.

@davidbrinkmeyer5850 I like drain work. It's how I got into plumbering. Plus drian work leads to big jobs 15% of the time with rotted out pipes, leaks, etc
