A great response from a Judge to a defendant who claims to be a sovereign citizen: "I'm remanding you to jail for an indefinite period until such time as a consular official from your sovereign state presents him/herself to this court and satisfies the court that you are a sovereign citizen of that state."
Another great response was a judge who said something like; "you might not believe you are governed by the laws of this country and by the ruling of this court but I'd like to remind you that I have hundreds of bailiffs and thousands of officers that will physically pick you up and put you on in the jail where I've sentenced you and no one will do a damn thing to get you out of there because they believe in the law and they believe in my ruling" Paraphrased and dramatised but yeah the judge did basically say they'll drag him to jail whether he believes in them or not
It isn't the court's responsibility to explain law to a Sovereign citizen. Their requirement is to ask a defendant whether or not they want an attorney. After that, the pro se should be left on his own.
An attorney is tied to the bar association which is the British accredited registry which makes all of them traitors violating the 13th title of nobility amendment. Also the true law is common law not statutes
Judges often do a court canvass before accepting a pro-se defense, primarily because the court is responsible for ensuring a fair trial for all parties. But they are also conscious of the possibility that the defendant may appeal any unwelcome decision on the basis that they didn’t understand the situation, consequences, etc.
"In propria persona is a Latin phrase meaning "for one's self." The phrase is used for a person who appears before a court or represents themself in absence of a lawyer. It is synonymous with the term pro se." PRO SE...ALL CAPS.(CORPORATION-CORPSE) In propria persona....The Sentient being
Suitcase girl Boone almost didn't have a lawyer, she went through 8 of them, was almost forced to pro se Someone responded to her ad and she finally got a lawyer
"I'm not that person your naming with the capital letters. I'm the agent of that person...' "I'm ordering defendant be held for a 72 hour psych evaluation, as they don't seem to know who they are."
That’s not necessarily true. My uncle’s dad tried to do the sovereign citizen thing like 25+ years ago by not paying all his taxes…. The guy was/is a multimillionaire and thought he figured out some loophole to not pay federal income tax. You better believe the IRS came for and got that money! 😂🤦♂️
Judges, police etc are there to provide for all people regardless of their attitudes or beliefs. They are simply doing their jobs...in the same way teachers work with whatever a child walks in the door with or the rubbish man who empties bins with whatever trash is in them. What walks in the door is their job. Sometimes it's like getting a reluctant cow to walk down the chute or getting an upset child to take medicine. Reminding them of their choices and refusing to be distracted by antics is the job.
Darrell Brooks argued that jurisdiction was not proven and he also argued that without "a living breathing human being there can't be a claim". He is serving 17 million years despite his cutting edge legal arguments.
I work at Frederick Maryland corrections facilities and we've recently had a few Sovereigns defect cause they don't believe that the US has any jurisdiction over them and here you have to pay a fee to defect and when you're released you need a green card and everything else an immigrant would need we recently had a defector got arrested and flown off to Cuba so needless to say he's no longer a US citizen.

Amazing that someone charged with embezzlement could think there is not injured party. I thought the line the "the ALLCAPS NAME" is dead was hilarious.
I’m amazed the patience exhibited by the judges in these cases. How much time and money is wasted by these people who wish to live in an alternative reality.
There is one reason why this group has grown so much. Many judges and DAs either give up or take pity on them and let them off easy. This gives them the point of getting off with all charges because they are in the right. This gives them the attitude of their ways are the right way of doing things. Those judges and others who let them off are the cause of all this.
The "I, woman Angela" sovereign citizen was in another video, where she got drunk and refused to leave a hotel. Police arrested her, and she promptly peed on herself in the car. Real prize, this one.
Are you sure? I watched that video and I don't think its the same person. The obnoxious drunk lady was younger and more attractive. She wasn't a sovcit, just out of her skull on Brandy Alexanders.

I love the last case where she said "I don't need no attorney", thus the double negative cancels out to now mean: "I need an attorney!" yes you do ma'am
The judges need to send these folks to jail when they are wasting the time of everyone with this craziness of not giving their names or arguing the jurisdiction of the court, once the judge tells them. No wonder the legal system takes so long.

Another great response was a judge who said something like; "you might not believe you are governed by the laws of this country and by the ruling of this court but I'd like to remind you that I have hundreds of bailiffs and thousands of officers that will physically pick you up and put you on in the jail where I've sentenced you and no one will do a damn thing to get you out of there because they believe in the law and they believe in my ruling"
Paraphrased and dramatised but yeah the judge did basically say they'll drag him to jail whether he believes in them or not
I do like watching g Judge J Middleton. He takes no rubbish from anyone .
To bad he couldn’t have been on the bench handling that DA Fani Willis
"I don't think this was a fair trial"
"We haven't had a trial"
"...a fair preliminary"
"We haven't gotten THERE yet"
Had me rolling
If they feel like it is all a sham and that the court does not have jurisdiction over them, why show up to court in the first place?
Yes! If they truly believe what they are saying, they should just drive away at a traffic stop.
Because it's about staying in honor, something that they fail to teach lawyers but judges take incredibly seriously.
That little overnight jail stay definitely adjusted Mamaw's attitude😂😂😂
Judges conspire with lawyers in order to give them an advantage all the time, not the least of which includes matters of 'foreclosure.'
"In propria persona is a Latin phrase meaning "for one's self." The phrase is used for a person who appears before a court or represents themself in absence of a lawyer. It is synonymous with the term pro se."
PRO SE...ALL CAPS.(CORPORATION-CORPSE)
In propria persona....The Sentient being
Suitcase girl Boone almost didn't have a lawyer, she went through 8 of them, was almost forced to pro se Someone responded to her ad and she finally got a lawyer
Identifying as a sovcit should be immediate contempt of court.
I'm sure a lot of cases head that way
"I'm not that person your naming with the capital letters. I'm the agent of that person...'
"I'm ordering defendant be held for a 72 hour psych evaluation, as they don't seem to know who they are."
The level of tolerance of the first judge is admirable; the level of word salad of the defendant is ridiculous…
Judge Anzalone was perfect! None of that is right, or valid, you aren't getting out of this no matter what you don't understand or agree with!
Who got time to do this.I bet if they had no income they would apply for Government Benefits.
Of course they do. Sovcits are in favor of laws that benefit them and fight the ones that don’t.
They are mostly destitute and use government assistance, but that's ok to them.
You mean all the money the Government is giving to their buddies and large business?
That’s not necessarily true. My uncle’s dad tried to do the sovereign citizen thing like 25+ years ago by not paying all his taxes…. The guy was/is a multimillionaire and thought he figured out some loophole to not pay federal income tax. You better believe the IRS came for and got that money! 😂🤦♂️
How would they work? Work has rules.
30:10 the way she said “OH” 🤣🤣🤣 like hold on, let me get my popcorn for this! 😂😂
These poor judges having to deal with these nut jobs!
Poor cops having to deal with these fools!
Truth sounds crazy when you’ve been lied to
Judges, police etc are there to provide for all people regardless of their attitudes or beliefs.
I’m going to use this -
“Not going to play this “The Earth is Flat nonsense” 😂 😂😂
“I woman Angela” hahaha hilarious
sovereign citizens should leave the country.
They should go back to the "Morish Empire" that they say they are citizens of. Sheep that Pay for that crap they spew!
They should move to Morocco 🇲🇦

What country?
The UNITED STATES is a FEDERATION
"Whoa, this slots game is sooo addictive!" Yeah, that's called a gambling addiction, brother, you probably shouldn't mention that in an ad. But thank you for the honesty
So basically the prosecution wants to let her walk. Charges of her behavior should never have been dropped.
Absolutely. Their work is done by the defendant. Every word the defendant says is on the record. The hearings write themselves.
It's part of the strategy. They beat the system because nobody wants to deal with this BS
@@valeriadominguez7370 they have to be tougher on them. explain patiently but if getting nowhere? contempt of court.
If you think he doesn't have jurisdiction why did you even show up don't show up and see how much jurisdiction he has he'll put a warrant out for your arrest don't show up Mr. Gardner
That poor woman😂😂😂😂😂 so and so appearing for mr garner, mr garner appearing in what case blah blah blah, attorney 'withdrawing my name from the record' 😂😂😂😂
“I woman Angela” 😂It’s the threatening tone that had me on the floor laughing. Such audacity, such stupidity.
Long time listener first time commentor. Shame on you Jesse. What a horrible sponsor to promote, seriously degraded my opinion of this podcast. Gambling organisations are not able to advertise on these platforms and so they try to sneak on through sponsorship. Disgusting.
That guy who was like "i need time to think it over" was perfect. I have never seen a man's entire worldview shatter in real time
Y'all need to get more selective in your paid sponsorships. Lotsaslots? Really?
Agree! Hard to take the journalism seriously when 2 seconds before a crime story; a game called “piggy graze” was the topic.
Ya, this UA-cam channel is trash.
It's fun though
I’d rather have Lotsaslots than ambulance chasers Morgan and Morgan
I'd rather have Lotsaslot than Betterhelp.
Mr Garner shows how important it is to not smoke crack
The simple fact that attorneys hire attorneys should be a clear indicator that you shouldn’t represent yourself in court.
7:10 “Driving with a suspended license requires your license be suspended” brilliant
As I saw one judge put it: If I truly believed this court had no jurisdiction over me, I wouldn't have bothered showing up here today. So why are you here if you think this court has no jurisdiction?
to quote a UA-camr On Shiplife channel- "you are free to do what you want BUT you are not free of consequences" fits well for these cases.
Sovereign citizen videos tend to be fun especially because it's usually over some light offense...then there's darrell brooks -_-
Amazing that someone charged with embezzlement could think there is not injured party. I thought the line the "the ALLCAPS NAME" is dead was hilarious.
Angela: In my OWN PRIVATE COURT. 😂😂😂😂
For some strange reason, SovCits are becoming a little more prevalent in Australia.
The cops just break their windows. 😂😂😂😭😭😭
The cops deftfeel more empowered here
I’m amazed the patience exhibited by the judges in these cases. How much time and money is wasted by these people who wish to live in an alternative reality.
Dude said "does watching this stuff affect you mentally... TRY GAMBLING 🎉🥳 ‼️❣️"
🥴
They have to represent themselves because no lawyer will use their illegal arguments.
Michiganders be wildin and they drive like it too. Every single day I question who gave these mfers a license but it looks like no one 😂😅
This gambling app ad is so disgusting and morally wrong
Shame on this channel and as always thump down for the ad
There is one reason why this group has grown so much. Many judges and DAs either give up or take pity on them and let them off easy. This gives them the point of getting off with all charges because they are in the right. This gives them the attitude of their ways are the right way of doing things. Those judges and others who let them off are the cause of all this.
Sovereign -Citizen is a contradiction.
Sovereign meaning above the citizen, and a citizen is a subject of the sovereign.
"Iiii am withdrawing my name from the record on that one, thank you!"
Smart woman. Doesn't try to reason with them, just minimises her own fallout.
Judge said I know you do 😅
The "I, woman Angela" sovereign citizen was in another video, where she got drunk and refused to leave a hotel. Police arrested her, and she promptly peed on herself in the car. Real prize, this one.
it reinforces how classy they are. They seem proud of their behavior.
I was going to write something about her, then saw your post. No more needs to be said about her after that 😂😂
Are you sure? I watched that video and I don't think its the same person. The obnoxious drunk lady was younger and more attractive. She wasn't a sovcit, just out of her skull on Brandy Alexanders.
@@ShizukuSeijisame woman. Definitely.
I noticed that sovereign citizens like to drink a little bit, that seems to be something they all have in common
Thank you for laughing while explaining how addictive the gambling app is. My father died with nothing due to gambling addiction.
The level of patience Judge Middleton has will always blow my mind. I'm glad he's in this role because I don't know very many people who wouldn't have lost their mind in that same position 😂 He's more than earned a long and happy retirement in a few years
I love the last case where she said "I don't need no attorney", thus the double negative cancels out to now mean: "I need an attorney!" yes you do ma'am
The judges need to send these folks to jail when they are wasting the time of everyone with this craziness of not giving their names or arguing the jurisdiction of the court, once the judge tells them. No wonder the legal system takes so long.
Oh no. She’s going to have to file her paperwork.
I followed every second of the derrell brooks trial and it infurates me almost as much as trying to get people to online gamble.
“I’m an attorney. Make sure to gamble!”
Her behavior wirh the officers alone should put her in jail.
The prosecution was way to patient 😂
I don’t understand how sovereign citizens get charges dropped for not having a license when regular law abiding citizens have to pay to have their licenses!! IDK who these laws were written for the criminals or LACs??
At the very first moment a sovereign citizen starts spewing their nonsense, the judge should hold them in contempt. 30 days in jail.
Plugging a gambling game is really despicable. You should be ashamed of yourself
It’s not real money gambling, it’s just a game.
@@MKUltra42 it's gambling. Plain and simple, it rewards one with the exact same chemicals in the brain, and the next step after that is real gambling.
Don't be ignorant.
Don't be an enabler.
@@MKUltra42how much you want to *bet* that they think video games cause violence, too?
I kind of agree with them, but it's incredibly ignorant to throw around the whole "brain chemicals" argument. It oversimplifies addiction and obsessive thoughts quite a bit. No regard for why one might be trying to balance those chemicals themselves, nothing. Just "muh dopamine" lol
That seems to be more enabling and more ignorant than the matter at hand by default. It's that kind of BS argument that causes hysteria about things like drugs, games, music, etc. Usually there's some truth to these opinions but they leave so much out that these opinions end up working against these folks.
His audience is a bunch of cranky old boomers who get joy out of watching people in bad situations and scream for max penalty every time... every person I know like that irl spends all their money on cigarettes and lotto tickets. Seems like the perfect sponsor to me!
Lmao. Maybe people should have better self control and not gamble if it’s bad for them and you worry about yourself
