@@mysticobra1 I guess you didn't watch the video. She didn't go take it off her neighbours porch. The courier delivered it to the wrong address. So that neighbour not only got her stuff back, sent her neighbours to jail (for the couriers mistake!) but also likely called and got her refund. The courier companies actually ask that you not go and confront and they would never in a million years tell you to call he police. They prefer to offer refunds. They want their drivers errors reported to them.
@@Apachita I hope you never get so excited over something you have worked incredibly hard for, only to have it stolen. It’s not only disappointing it’s illegal in most states to open someone’s mail even if it’s delivered to the wrong address. In other words, if it doesn’t have your name on it, don’t open it. What exactly do you think police services are used for if not to arrest those that steal from the hardworking? The daughter is so used to being on parole that she didn’t even know if she was at the time of her arrest. Unfortunately, the entitled rarely grow up and learn from their mistakes, mostly because people like yourself refuse to allow them to face the consequences, IMHO

In the Victoria's Secret case, both the mom and daughter stole it. The mom's story changed like 5 times, and the daughter like 3 times. The mom took it initially and gave it to her daughter. She should have been booked as well. What a disgusting pair. The dad seemed genuine and wanted no part of this nonsense. Talking about invasion of privacy. I applaud the decision of the lady to prosecute !
But honestly, it is not in any way illegal to keep a package that is misdelivered. It is not the responsibility of a party to give a package that has been delivered to the wrong address. If they just said I’m not answering any questions without my attorney, VS would have just had to resend the order or return the money. It’s VS responsibility, not the person who got the package incorrectly.

The daughter knew they were NEW, because they arrive with tags attached with plastic connectors or in a clear plastic bag with a sticker on it. Either way, it would be obvious that they were brand new. She played victim all the way. I hope she enjoys her orange jumpsuit.

The sad part is that nothing happens. She still doesn't get her stuff back, or her money, the girl goes to jail and we pay to house them, she gets out and just has more charges and gets put on probation which we also pay for. It's just a bunch of bs and nobody really gets anything back.

I think the states attorney who didn’t want to prosecute the first girl, needs to take the brat home to live with them for a month. This is how people act when they have always had things handed to them, and lived without boundaries or consequences. So this bad behavior of “entitlement” will continue considering the justice system failed once again.
At first I thought the same, but her behavior really was indicative of someone with some sort of mental illness, so maybe the prosecutor was able to convince her to go into treatment. 🤷 But who really knows.

i do that allll the time - usually at my apartment complex it's the right apartment number but the wrong building number.... i've even accidentally opened one (i get a lot of packages for my work) and when i realized i taped it back up with everything inside and wrote an apology and set it on their porch.... it's not hard
Done it many times, being a a driver myself it’s easy to make simple mistakes. So when the favor was returned it gave me hope for humanity 😂

I’m glad the woman who had her underwear stolen pressed charges. The young woman knew full well the items weren’t hers but continually lied. The realization that she was wearing a new-and-unwashed pair of underwear that she never saw before was so performative and ridiculous. I know which underwear I own and which condition it’s in, and if someone handed me something brand new I’d know right away ((and also not put them on…just shipped and never washed??? Gross!!))

I’m so glad that female officer humbled that lady in the third clip. She did not care about her volume and was very vocal about how wrong it was that she said that. Most officers would be like “woah, we don’t say that!” And barely raise their voice above an upset volume. This is the type of officers we need, very professional, humbling, honest, and keeping it real! ❤
That female officer needs to be retrained. What a power-hungry creep. She was antagonizing that woman, and the woman was more stable even though she was drunk, more stable than that officer. She was creepier than the lady being arrested. Yeah that woman doesn't need to be a police officer.
