      In TX there are paralegals via Mexico who likewise scam individuals from Mexico by this same unlawful practice (probate, property deed, etc) charge large fees.

      Problem is that he needs to appear entirely unbiased. The court systems aren't really prepared to have a defendant as pro se who will derail the whole thing.
      The system was made in the assumption that pro se defendants would do whatever they can't to help their case in good faith.

      @@williamanderson6006 the judge needs to walk a very fine line here. If he shows any kind of bias or violates any of her rights then that woman gets off scott free. When that woman inevitably makes an appeal the judges above him will look back at this moment. They will see how he offered her every chance to behave or defend herself, and it will not go well in her favor thanks to the judge being neutral like this.

      although she is really horrible, the judge - especially with these types - must always prevent to create the possibility of them suing the court for prejudice. I would explode within 5 minutes and have her thrown in jail for months. I guess that's why I am not a judge and this great guy is. You have to respect the way he handled her: with class!

      Depends on the Judge. In my opinion it wastes courts time to entertain these idiots. Not sure if they just don't know how to deal with them. There are a number of judges that have zero toleration for it, usually just ignore any SovCit word salad and move on through the case following the law. SovCit is just a delaying tactic and they all follow the same script they get off the internet.

      The entire body of American jurisprudence goes against them. So again a cop might occasionally let one of these people drive away when their car should have been towed and a judge might dismiss a lesser charge to find against a greater charge.
      The entire SovCit "free person on the land, subject matter jurisdiction" schtick is word salad nonsense. These cases never make it to a higher or appellate court so that they can actually rule against these wackos.

The Judiciary also follows set rules to insure arrest, pretrial, trial, and sentencing are Constitutional. The Judiciary has local, State, and Federal Court's with The US Supreme Court as final arbiter. It's really an incredible system of Justice.

      It doesn't matter if you remove yourself from all usery.. DOT, voter registration, etc. they will come get you and hold you captive until you submit or till the specific bond you're being held as surety for matures. Try it anywhere in Michigan and see what happens. Best you can do is get tied up in federal court. Even a dismissal is an action that generates revenue for the judiciary. If you want to win a lawsuit over something like this you better be damn good and be ready to sit in jail for a minute.

      Thanks for trying to convince me that what I comprehend, being that they take jurisdiction due to us using federal reserve notes is incorrect. Go ahead and read the trading with the enemy act (be sure to notice where it was amended in 1933) the 1933 bankruptcy act and the 1935 social security act, the 1940 alien registration act leading up to 1950. I'm not going to hold your hand and do it for you. Once you've done that we can talk about the civil war ending absent of treaty, the 1867 reconstruction act, and the 1871 act of England along with the army regulations 840-10 flag that the judge has behind him to his right. Congressional record is where the real history is. Be aware I'm not talking about esoteric law either. Just because you spoke out of nescience doesn't mean you can again as you've now been given direction as to where the information can be obtained.

    Funny, I’m an elementary school teacher and this judge’s day looks very similar to mine. I too spent an egregious amount of time trying to get people to take turns, follow basic rules, and use their listening ears… Only difference is my clientele is under the age of 10 and has an excuse 😂

It’s made me think about my police contacts in life and how they’ve violated my right. How when I was like 10 walking to the store the officer that made me strip to my underwear wasn’t concerned about me being kidnapped and killed and not be identified. He said he wanted picture of birthmark so if something bad happened, I could be given back to my family. Turns out he was a pedophile and just wanted some Polaroids of boys in underwear. Or the half dozen times I was pulled over and they act like Neanderthals being all alpha testosterone bullies instead of just writing a ticket for going a little over the speed limit.

      Yup. When they closed most mental institutions in the name of patient rights we got this - a lot of people with mental issues causing harm to themselves, others and society as a whole.

    The judge did not become irritated, or raise his voice. He instructed her calmly regarding procedure allowing her to speak in due course. The entire proceeding showed how delusional this “woman, person, living soul” truly is. Here is a lesson in measured judicial protocol. I have utmost respect!
