When you tell a judge that they "don't care," expect them to show you the love that only the caring parent you never had would show you by disciplining you enough to try to set you straight and see the errors of your ways.
She is obviously an idiot!
That attorney needs to be paid more. Jesus christ, he did a hell of a job.
"I do not understand your stupidity," a classic line from Judge Simpson! The man is the GOAT Judge!
Amen!
Apart from that one time he was suspended for 9 months.
Oh get over yourself
the cops sitting behind the prosecutor about lost their shit when the Judge said that 😂😂😂 best reaction in the vid
@@calebblakemore7674 I came on here to say the same thing~ That was my favorite part 😁
When Judge Simpson calls you stupid off the bat, you know you royally screwed yourself.
Hiding his face in his hands is a bit of a tell, too.
Seriously. I don't think i've ever heard that before.
To be fair, he didn't call her stupid.
I’ve been following this from
The beginning
She is incapable of following the instructions
@@jodiforeman3314 She is pathologically in need of male attention. She stalks her ex, breaks his door, calls him 47 times in 3 days from jail. Then she goes on a podcast where the cool boys are telling her what a badass she is, how cool she is, "here have a beer", and she loooooves the attention.
Even her interactions with the cop (that got her into this trouble) are about the boys seeing what a toughie she is.
"Can I speak? "
"No. "
Get this public defender a raise
That was my favorite part she looked over at him and squeaked out
"Speeak?"
I don’t think he was a public defender, he was working entirely too hard!
It was more like a no and growl rolled into one. lol
Wow, I really like this judge! He is so kind, patient, and calm. Unbelievably patient, I am kind of stunned, really! Glad he saw through her disrespect to everyone. I shudder to consider what values she is showing towards her children....
“You don’t get to have your way just because you want your way. “ - Classic line. Good for him.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Missed opportunity to say "This isn't Burger King!"
So because a defendant tells the truth owns up to their mistakes or makes an apology why should they get rewarded for that? 😤
She made Judge Simpson BIG MAD! 😡
She’s making me mad I love this judge and he’s fair but she is a sociopath she can’t comply
Not the Judge to do that to because he really cares for you unless you lie to him. Bye, bye!
And he's usually really tolerant
@@jodiforeman3314WON’T comply
Put her in jail until her case is called!!!!!
She can’t follow any rules she’s proved that her kids deserve a real mom
Who cares about them
Not this sociopath
Facts💯
lmao Judge Simpson is awesome. When I see him smile, I get scared because I know what’s coming…
Woooooooow!!! Trying to tug on Judge Simpsons heart strings, saying she wants to get out for her 2 daughter's bdays, because they are the most important things in her life!! Except, that it seems that SOCIAL MEDIA is her #1 priority, seeing as she keeps getting in trouble because of it, & risking her freedom for Social media. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ Pullllllleaze!!!
Her lawyer has no fight
She’s destroyed her case and she fails every time to do anything
Judge Simpson is so fair but if you lie to him
Then you pay consequences
I think she proved that social media is a good way to inadvertently self report one's debauchery.
@@nwalker8866I think that you are spot on!! 😊
Using her children will not earn points at this stage. Too many lies.
“The problem is, I dont know that you know how to do the right thing.”
Burnt to a crisp
Also: "I just don't understand your stupidity."
Toast!!
😂
LOL!
I LOVE Judge Simpson.
He is absolutely NO NONSENSE 😂
I love his deputy, too. He always looks SO serious 😂
If he come to me, i shake off fear and seek the next mousehole in courtroom and flee !!!😎
This hearing takes forever. It could have been resolved in three minutes. Show biz.
This Judge is refreshing to see. Super smart and thinks about the words he’s hearing.
God bless this public defender. He got the short straw when he was assigned to her.
19:34 😂 after judge says he doesn’t understand her stupidity… the officer can’t help but laugh
I saw that too :D
I saw that too! 😆.
“I get to go home tonight” classic! 😂 the officer in the peanut gallery had to put his head down because he was cracking up😂
Her attorney is great! I love his speech!
3:10 "it's a game with me you'll never win" - Golden!
9:27 "Oh, I'm not upset, cuz I definitely get to go home today" - Zing!
“I’m not upset. I get to go home today” 😮😮😅😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Savage!!!!
That attorney has balls of steel for even attempting to try to ask for this. Judge Simpson is compassionate, sometimes TOO compassionate from what I’ve seen, but this woman has tested his patience beyond understanding.
Respect for that defence attorney doing his best, but he had NOTHING to work with.
Bless this defense attorney, he has a tough job defending the indefensible.
When I was a union steward, I would tell my coworkers that I will have their back, but I will not defend the indefensible.
When Judge says, "Mr. Allen", you know she's heading for jail; i love how mr Allen just nonchalantly walks behind the defendants....
❤
Yes, and stands there just itching to take her back
Shes not stupid; she's arrogant. And her saying "not like you care" is textbook manipulation.
🤷🏼♀️to smart for your own good 🤷🏼♀️
Along with the reference to her kids birthdays. It's not like the dates changed
In Romania there's a saying: "If the stupid person is not also arrogant, it's like he/she is not stupid enough". Meaning, arrogance is a sign of major stupidity. She plenty stupid. Trust me.
And seriously entitled
Textbook, she couldn't articulate remorse because there was none
I like this judge, he looks at the evidence, evaluates the idiot before him ,decides what they deserve.
Judge Simpson said "I'm not mad because I get to go home today." 😂😂
The Defendant's attorney doesn't have a thing to work with. Probably a public defender who managed to draw the short straw. She has no intention of following the law, ever. Don't pay any attention to her requests for another chance. And the kids are better off without her. Judge Simpson is the bomb. Been watching him for a couple of years. We need more judges like him.
When she said "I know you don't care" to Judge Simpson I literally facepalmed.
🤣😂😅
🤷🏼♀️🙏🏼🤷🏼♀️
I know. I wonder if she meant, “I don’t expect you to care.”
She said, "not that you care"
I love judge simpson. He's calm and his responses are well considered. He's so cool!
Poor defence lawyer is pissing into the wind in a hurricane
But props to him for doing his best to put a shine on this coprological delight. And everybody but the defendant understands this. How an attorney handles a crap-sandwich case and client like this sometimes does more for an attorney's reputation than winning cases.
@@TindometariI felt bad for him, he had nothing to work with, but handled it with dignity.
@@TindometariExactly. The defense lawyer knew his efforts would be in vain, but still gave it his all without regrets. He can be proud and can mentally leave this case in the courtroom and not let it stress him.
😂😂😂
He stood and lied to the court saying that she learned her lesson. The fact he lied should get him some time too
She's the type that'll go straight on Fakebook & say 'yay I gotta away with again'!
"Her children are her primary concern" yet her first phone calls were to a podcast, NOT to her children.
We love watching Judge Simpson on Court Cam! He is always fair beyond fair!
Judge S looks like this whole thing is giving him a headache.
Pls make her face consequences for every one involved
I love judge Simpson but I’d prefer to see this in judge Stevens court
Cause judge Simpson will be a teddy bear
Right?? Just thinking about the shit he deals with every day gives me a headache.
I think he was struggling a little until she said "Not that you care".......
I was waiting for it! I was sitting here, yelling at my screen "C'mon! Say it!! Say it!! Say it with me!!!!!!!! MR. ALLEN!!!!" love me some Mr. Allen!!
She doesn't realize when the judge says "Mr. Allen," it's game over for her!
120-130 calls? I probably dont make half that many calls in a month!
In a Year..
I don’t make a tenth as many as she did😂😂😂😂 I hate talking on the phone and avoid it at all costs
And who was she calling, the psychic hotline?
I'm with the above posters. I'm not sure I make that many a year lol
@@rachelpauley6843 They actually call that phone anxiety. I have it and absolutely hate speaking on the phone. I'll text until my fingers fall off. But speaking on the phone is something I try to not engage in if at all possible.
I LOVE Judge Simpson! He is a real one!
This judge the great Cedric Simpson is the best judge on the tube.
I live right down the road from his courthouse, I can go watch cases anytime.!!
While I do love judge Simpson, judge Boyd is no nonsense and rules with an iron fist. She also has some great comebacks and the woman has a photographic memory. I love it when criminals come in and starts with my KID…she says quit calling your CHILD a baby goat. She really is a smarta$$ but she does it well. 😂
Everytime her lawyer spoke I was expecting him to just throw his hands up and say, “…look, Your Honor, I just work here. I’m just following MY job description…” 😂😂😂 he was so done 😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
If you practice criminal defense and only want to represent the innocent you're not going to be very busy.
Lmfao 😂😂
The best attorneys understand that, psychologically, the only way they have a chance of persuading the judge in this situation is by establishing credibility. The way you do that is by conceding that, yes, my client fucked up. The judge has to respect the attorney to even listen.
Omg not her again 😂 Did her first appearance with judge not enough?!?!😂 She was literally crying how she didn't wanna be in jail anymore and would follow by the rules!!! I cant believe she didnt learn her lesson🤦🏻♀️ 😂
I LOVE it when the court bailiff / ‘s get situated before the Judge has even started his sentencing 🤭
that lawyer knew he was fighting a losing battle from the start.
Her drinking and smoking weed is a problem but not the biggest problem, her manipulating the system with her sob story and using her children as a get out of jail card, when every time she leaves the court house she’s got her middle finger up and laughs all the way out, is the problem. Her apathy and disregard for any common decency or rules/responsibilities are a big problem.
I had this running in the back while doing chores - and then she gave her poorly rehered "I'm sorry; I learned my lesson"-speech... and the tone of voice... the sulky highschool girl voice... I'm sure the lawyer she has standing there beside her tried his best to get the words into her head, but I pictured her standing with crossed arms and a glowered while I heard that sulky voice. x3
I wonder what state this is lmao
@@kndsampled377 Michigan.
How is smoking or drinking a problem to anyone? The problems are busybodies like you who care.
Miss. Morgan Barossa the prosecutor could barely hold back her laughter when Judge Simpson called her stupid. Hilarious !
She is playing the same game that she has played likely from being a child. She was taught this game, how to play it, and that it has (to this point) worked. She is a demonstration of society.
In case y'all missed it he said she lied on her CPL application about drug use. CPL = concealed pistol license
Thank u I was like is that a work license or semi truck thing ? 😂😂😂
WOW!
I'm french and i have understood CPO, a disease.
Is that not alone a crime? Is that not what they are trying the presidents son for right now??
Whole time I thought he said “do you have to see A PO?” 😂😂😂😂
She still isn't taking it seriously. She is just saying what she thinks will make all of this go away. Imo
Judge Simpson is one of America’s best sitting jurist!
This lady is the epitome of why social media needs to be looked at a bit more closely. “Mr Allen” are the WORST words in Judge Simpsons court!!
Bad for the defendant - great for us!
Thank you
I was going to say the same thing, @alisong2328 😊
7:00 "Go ahead, what does she want to tell me... Mr Allen" 😂😂😂Let me position my bailiff first!
I loved that move.
that bailiff slid in there smooth as silk huh? 🤣🤣
He knows the drill - this is not going to go well and moved into position without the Judge even saying anything
I would love to see the podcast lol
I came out of the app and was just listening, however after hearing what she did. I came back and was wondering why he was there all of a sudden.
😂😂 wish I had seen this comment.
The ‘I definitely get to go home today’, comment now hits much harder.
I felt more sorry for the attorney than for the defendant, and that's saying something!
Me to. Pitiful.
I know right ✅️ lol 😆
“Mr. Allen”……..says it all. Hahhahahahahahaha
The level of patience of this judge is amazing!!!
He is ALWAYS like that. He even finds humor and laughs then follows up with a gut punch…all in a very very calm respectful manner. He is a unicorn. I’ve never seen ANY man with his intelligence, authority and calmness all balled up in one.
I had a judge cut my lawyer off and sentence me to 6 months.
Was pathetic
...try the one with him dealing with an insane attorney "Trudy". His patience was excruciating.
No one will ever be able to accuse Judge Simpson of not letting someone state their case thoroughly.
Props to the defense attorney for being a consummate professional, but my god, he has absolutely ZILCH to work with in this case 💀
He is carefully and earnestly searching for his words before speaking.
He just listed the two kids birth days and the judge said "so you're saying it would be horrible if she was in jail for that?" 😂😂😂 he us truly a hard-workin attorney
Bailiff walks behind you....bad news.
What sign is given to bailiff that he knows he will be taking someone into custody? 🤔
I wonder if it's instinct/knowledge of how the Judge thinks. 😊
Judge says “Mr Allen” which prompts Bailiff Allen to situate himself behind the defendant for anticipated remand
The two words you least want to hear from Judge S when you're the defendant: "Mr Allen".
Judge Simpson slips it in while going over something.
Thanks everyone!! I'll have to pay more attention for the "Mr. Allen."
😸😸
I love this judge he dnt play at all and he's funny ASF
Haha When you hear Judge Simpson say, "Mr Allen..." you know she's about to get cuffed and returned to the Greybar Hotel! 😂
After that fiasco, her attorney will be smoking weed.😂😂😂
Seriously! He needs a nice puff after this 🤣
@@015beans A very,very large drink as well!!.
And drinking a bottle of whiskey 🥃
Hahahahahaha
good on the lawyer for not lying but at least trying
I like this lawyer who’s representing her. He’s smooth, articulate and thinks on his feet.
She admitted she lied the entire time, but she doesn't feel any remorse for her actions.
That poor defense attorney! God bless him he knows he's fighting a losing battle.
Judge Simpson is one of the best! God bless that man
19:29 his statement was made. Then look at the police officers reaction… trying not to laugh 😆 😂
"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."
Listening to her choice of words, yeah, she hasn't changed.
19:59 that “DOES SHE THOUGH?!” was so cathartic
This is the woman who lied about her phone being stolen, and made the court spend 20 minutes figuring out the timeline of when she ate a weed cookie?
you got it ND!
What is her original charge?
@@barbarastoutjesdyk711 DA reads her arrest report near the end. Vandalism, resisting/obstructing. Sounds like she got into a fight with her boyfriend and smashed up his apartment, then mouthed off to the cops when they showed up and dared them to arrest her.
She also tried to claim that weed cookie didn't release any THC for three weeks and that's why she failed her drug test
Is there another video?
Credit to the (I'm assuming) public defender for trying his best to get the defendant a positive ruling even though he knew it was a steep uphill battle.
