If Mandibuzz and Whimsicott return in Pokémon Legends Z-A, I hope they get a regional form similar to how Braviary and Lilligant got Hisuian forms in Legends Arceus.

@@gglezttv I don't know about Grimmdnarl. In the reveal trailer, only Pokémon from Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova and Kalos were shown. It hasn't been confirmed if Pokémon from Alola, Galar, Hisui and Paldea will be in Legends Z-A.
So, literally the only information we know for sure is:
1. It’s coming sometime in 2025.
2. Megas will be back.
3. We will get a couple new forms to make it worth buying.
4. It’s based on a city from Gen 6.
I think it's pretty established that this game is based on the Paris urban redevelopment plan that happened in the 1800s, give the obvious nods to Lumiose city
@@windowstudios45 loosely based perhaps, but as far as we know the game seems to be set well after the events of the original Gen 6 which definitely did not take place in the 1800s. Or, it’s simply a coincidence and you are drawing a parallel they didn’t intend. I mean every city eventually goes through some urban redevelopment every once in a while, my city is going through it right now.
I've said it everytime and I'll say it again any form of "Lumosian" Is a dead give away of a fake rumor. It will either be Kalosian or if the region is called something different in the past or future it would be called that. regional forms are named after the region not the city.
Pretty sure Kalos was already named as Kalos in PLA, too. Like Alola. So yeah, Kalosian.

Legends arceus took place in the past and the mc had a phone so just because they have a phone in legends za doesn’t mean it takes place in the present or future and legends arceus had more than 20 new Pokemon and forms in my opinion that’s why I think gen 9 started with legends arceus because they had so many Pokémon not compatible with gen 8 and below
No De- Evolve, please 😢
De-evolution as a mechanic just seems like way too much to put into a game. The moves for instance would cause issues not to mention the whole leveling up to evolve etc.

There's no way they'd waste two mega evos on Greninja. They already took away Ash-Greninja in gen 9, Greninja is quickly becoming an afterthought of a Pokemon.

@@sour1980 Inteleon has nothing to do with Greninja lol. If anything, the new Greninja is Meowscarada and that's only due to Protean. I don't think GF cares enough to try to make another Greninja, they can make much better Pokemon.

@@sour1980they weren’t getting rid of the form, that is definitely getting reworked into a mega with the other kalos starters. What they are getting rid of is ash Pokémon shouldn’t of been a thing in the first place, like I totally expected greninja to get a mega that is like ash greninja form so any greninja can have it and ash hat pikachu to be changed into any pikachu that can wear a hat like dress up pikachu. It will have nothing to do with ash like they are not even having captain pikachu in the games they are finally keeping the games and anime separate the only thing we got is the starters with the trainers being liko, dot, roy but that isn’t special imo.

Pokémon GO is slow & lagging behind mainline games. Also, I don't believe the current rumor & still waiting for official confirmation.
GO is meant to lag behind core games.
They even had gap years when Community Days don't feature any starters for that reason. Next year will likely be one too, since Galar starters need at least a full year since release before getting a Comm Day. Basically the reason GO slowdripping & recycling contents. They must prolong theirs to not coincide or even outspeed with core games' pace.

I honestly hope not. I don't totally dislike Popplio, but I personally would rather see Totodile as the Water starter. I'd much rather see a new Feraligatr regional form/Mega over a potential Primarina one.

I disagree. there will be more for sure & all of those are good & intriguing choices here. I don't see them doing less or the same. Every game ups the ante. Aegislash was featured prominently so 2 variations isn't unheard of. Plus if it's longer between games this will support Pokémon Go & keep interest high while we wait for the next gen

I think that all this information is very interesting and I think this rumour is fake they will more likely to get more Megas than Forms and Devolution will not be a thing in Pokemon and I think Flygon should get a Regional Form we’re it is Bug/ Dragon and Luxray should get a Mega and Electric/ Dark.

We not getting 30 plus new mega evolutions. That is absurd. Most likely they use mega evolutions from XY and that is it. Greninja is not getting two mega evolutions. Greninja is one of the worst pokemon to exist. Fusion won't be a gimmick. Devolution is dumb and is not going to happen. Xerneas and Yveltal will not receive new forms.
