    Thank you so much! I followed this recipe and it turned out sooooo good. The ones I made from the Google recipes were all missing gochujang and that made a huge difference! You are so amazing!!

    I just tried it today and I think it turned out great! I’m going to put it in the fridge and try it again tomorrow, because I think the flavors will be even more pronounced after some marination.

    Oooo..now I know to add gochujang. Alot of recipe on yt didn't put this, I was thinking something is missing. Taste like what supermarket is selling,thank you so much!! The tip on preventing it from watery is essential.

    Katie, is this recipe traditionally made with raw sesame seeds or toasted sesame seeds? If not adhering strictly to tradition, which would you prefer?

    1t Minced garlic
    1T Soy sauce
    1.5T Vinegar
    1t Sugar (optional)
    1/2T Sesame oil
    Whole sesame seeds

    that's Chinese dish,hey! even Christmas originated in Korea, so why not this one? right? just because you've removed 4 of the trigrams from Chinese Taoist bagua in your national flag doesn't mean its not stolen from China 😂.
