Hi. She has so many videos that try to follow a different one every day. Although I do have favorites(cardio ones) that I repeat sometimes. It's really up to you and what you enjoy. There are some basic pilates moves incorporated in all videos. I like to mix it up, because she is creative and always introduces new moves. The results are amazing! I have consistently done her videos for 7 months now and I literally have a new body!

I'm so happy that I have found you. You have no idea how tired I am of these crazy/intense/fat burning/ "kill your brain" workouts, after which you die not only physically, but also MORAL. When everything is too loud, tense, etc. I was wondering for so long, why don't I like it? Why after the hard working day, I don't want to do anything. And when I do - I feel worse. And now I found you and I finally realised the fact that "yes, I want to lose weight, but I want to do it with pleasure and calm". And "calm" that you are giving - is nonsense. Even when I am shaking in some of your exercises - I am happy and I don't think about "OMG when is the end there???". Thank you! Thank you for your help and your videos! They not only help to put your body in order. They also normalize all your nerves. You are the best.
completely agree!! I used to dread my morning workouts (and wish they would just be over with during them) until I found Hannah's channel and now I actually look forward to my morning exercise.

I just started doing pilates with you recently and I loved this workout soo much! :D I couldn’t finish some of the reps near the end since I’m a beginner and it was getting tough but I felt great afterwards (and managed to burn over 400 calories, yay!) Can’t wait until I can do this without rest :)

For those doing it for the first time, the counts are really off in places so it’s tough to not have to look at the tv a lot. I suspect I’ll enjoy this even more when I have her rhythm down.

For example, as you inhale, you start to move your leg away from the center and exhale to bring your leg back to the original position. Just wanted to make sure you keep breathing and using your breath to control the movement even when I don't cue on breathing. Hope it helps!
One of the best pilates workouts I did! Your tempo is spot on. It is not for beginners but I would try is as a beginner just to measure the level I'm at, especially since it's a complete workout.

The first time I did this, I could only go through 42 minutes. Today I completed the work-out but it was really hard at certain points! I love working out with you because you are so calm and your dog is so cute. When I find myself straining to do something, your smiling face reminds me to smile, too! I just started today and realised how tense my muscles are from all the stressfull workout that I've been doing all this time. Much needed core work that just melts my stress away. Thank you for the soft and easy to follow instruction video. Love it
I did less than 20 minutes of this workout, in the first attempt (too intense for me, yet) and as far as I can remember, it is the only workout which made me feel that this is the right workout for me. I decided to do it slowly and, daily, train for as much time as I can, not the entire program in one workout. Today, after my last record of 30 minutes (which was yesterday) I managed to get through 45 minutes and I was so surprised to see how fast time goes. Even though Hannah's English is not perfect and the counting or breathing is not perfectly paced, I love the way she is guiding us with her delicate and pleasant voice. I adjust my timing and own breathing with her poses and in the end I am so happy I have decided to go through this workout. Hannah, you are wonderful, thank you very much for this awesome workout and thank you for sharing your knowledge with us through UA-cam. Even though this is not quite for beginners, just take it slowly and you will feel the progress day by day, as you make out of this workout a daily routine. Pretty soon I am going to go through the entire workout, but I don't want to overwork myself.

Ok so in this Corona Quarantine I had enough time to check out all Pilates channels here on UA-cam. Some was to energetic, some was to slow, some was just not enough but your workout here is by far the best. Amazing, I’ve just tried your hour Pilates. Feel great and happy. I have a bone condition which is very frustrating as can’t weight bear on my legs and so adapted some exercises. Finding chair workouts are causing back pain but this was wonderful. I will try some more of yours Hannah. Thank you for the video! I have been taking HIIT class but the pain in my foot and heel have put that to a stop. I’ve just stated my Pilates journey. I know it can help me stay strong but not hurt my foot. :)

Ok so in this Corona Quarantine I had enough time to check out all Pilates channels here on UA-cam. Some was to energetic, some was to slow, some was just not enough but your workout here is by far the best. It is challenging but very calming at the same time, you give wonderful directions and that without to much strange input.

Amazing, I’ve just tried your hour Pilates. Feel great and happy. I have a bone condition which is very frustrating as can’t weight bear on my legs and so adapted some exercises. Finding chair workouts are causing back pain but this was wonderful. I will try some more of yours Hannah. Thank you and any others you can suggest that are purely floor based but that get your heart pumping! 😊

HELLO HANNAH!!! For today, I've chosen that session for burning fat 'cause that last month, I ate more bread and cheese...HouHou...So never mind, I decide right now that I take care of myself and do wright things for that!!! Don't laugh please, even you could!!! HaHaHa!!! Fortunately, I have you and your daily support: Thank you!!! Next week, I'll begin a hydric fasting with vegetables juices and I'll continue with dry fasting for one more week and at last another week with vegetables juices!
