Thank you for such good ideas. I always wanted a cleaning business but was afraid to start. Niw I'm retiring age and I can still do it buy contracting out. 😊
$75 for 30 minutes for the dog to run. 😅😅 90% Americans Dont wanna pay more than $30 a mont for a gym membership let alone they gonna pay $75 for 30minutes everyday. Lol let's stop being delusional. This is for rich people. Most americans make less than $100 dollars a day.
@@MrSteelermaniac that is definitely a fact as I've seen older women complain about every last grocery but when it comes to their cats they empty their bank accounts. Lol
That last business a lot of people might ask why not walk your own dog. Everybody is in a different situation. Some people are elderly or disabled or both but they still love their pet. Some people just have really busy lives and anything that saves time is worth the price. I thought about going into that business the only expensive thing is the equipment (van and so on)
My father owns a cleaning business 😊. He has owned it for 40 years now. He started when I was born and went into the food business and was at the peak of his success when my mother kidnapped us and my dad had to give it all up. He went and got custody of all eight of us and he's had the same customers ever since. He is now 67 and he is cleaning the homes by himself. It kills me. He's charging them the same prices that he was almost 40 years ago. I told him that if he just hired like 3 employees that he could make a ton of money and he could get new customers and he would only have to do sales and marketing and that's it. But he keeps saying I've been there done that etcetera etcetera but I tried to explain you know it's 2024 the prices are a lot a lot a lot different which I'm sure he already knows and also he wouldn't have to worry about what he does now.. he's had the same customers and he cares far too much what they think and it's costing him.. but it did afford him the opportunity to take care of eight kids so it is amazing
Anybody that would like to veto me saying this, I would love to hear from you let me know your keyboard warrior theory? I work in the industry and this will not cut it I promise you.
I can start a business and just send the jobs out ? So essentially remote Labor? I am a bit confused but interested . I'm looking into the best way to start an exterior home services, ie grass power wash, recycling, small property clean up. Where I live, alot of these houses and yard s aren't big enough for equipment. A guy with a shovel still has value.
Yes, it's the remote model where you use contractors instead of W-2 employees. Basically you are the middle man - you do the business side of things like marketing and sales, build a team of contractors to send the jobs to and split the pay! If you want to learn more in depth about it - you should check out my free training video that will give you everything you need to know (link below). www.remotecleaning.co/vsl-opt-in-organic?el=youtubeorganic
1. Research how much cleaning businesses are charging in your area. Call each of them. Are there too many of them in your area. Ther marketing ideas, post in pen saver fliers, local newspapers. The most important is posting in your local Google maps. 2. Is this business for you, do you really like this, can you endure physical demands, fast working, attention to detail. How many rooms or houses per day to get your target income per week. 3. Building a good reputation as an honest & good worker is critical. The referrals are big part of this business, encourage every client foe referrals.
Glad you're here! It would be a long message to explain here, but check out our free training video that will explain everything for you - link below 😄 www.remotecleaning.co/vsl-opt-in-organic?el=youtubeorganic
Here is some advice for large corporations. Build your base in Knoxville, Tennessee USA, especially if you have a penchant for shady dealings, such as car dealerships and etc. There is no lawyer services for the average consumer in this town. I am in contention with Hyundai Motors over a starter recall, and Hyundai is refusing to fix my starter, saying it is not due to faulty manufacturing. I called the Knoxville Bar Association for legal assistance/advice, and was informed there wasn't a lawyer qualified to handle this case. Knoxville is a hotbed for any sleazy corporation that seeks to bilk the local citizenry out of hard earned wages.
It's just General Liability Insurance. General Liability insurance protects you and your business from “general” claims involving bodily injuries (Not the cleaners) and property damage. Almost every business has a need for general liability insurance.
I have a mobile screen repair business! It’s very seasonal; but this year our top 2 months combined made $44k in revenue with no ad cost Also the $/screen in your video is a very good guideline, but it also depends on your market. In my market because the income is generally higher and it’s very seasonal because it’s the northeast (colder), I am basically the only provider in an area with enough income to afford it. We’re charging for a window rescreen $49-$94/screen and a frame to be manufactured $99-$189/screen. All with standard fiberglass, but we do have other options that cost more.
All of these are actually very easy to set up… if you have at least some degree of marketing expertise. With a marketing budget + about $5k startup, you can easily take ANY of these ideas and force them to work in almost any market, and probably hit $25-30k+ MRR in under 6 months. Most people have 0 marketing knowledge and under $500 to start a business, though, which is why they think it is “hard”
Hey Johnny I have very little money to start up a business but I wanted to ask you which one you think I should start that would be the most profitable because I want to be able to generate enough income to where I can leave the business to my daughter
you must not have a dog or have ever been in a rehab or incarcerated before. NO real lover would do that, simply because the reason for walking the dog . they want to sniff ,pee, feel and poop . you will just give them more anxiety, and have a whole new set of problems , such as trust and love.
"The owner had a big lifted TRX out front." Really? That's your sign that a business is doing well? That means absolutely nothing, the overwhelming majority of people who buy status items like that are in serious debt. Honestly made me question this entire video.
That dog gym really saddeneds me... I suppose it is better than nothing but it goes against all their instincts and breeding and if you're too lazy or don't have time to walk your dog early in the morning or in the evening, then you shouldn't be owning a dog in the first place!... There's absolutely no excuse not to walk your dog if you live in a hot climate, there's commonsense ways around it... If you go to Spain, you'll see loads of people walking their dogs in the morning and evening or taking them for runs in the park or on the beach when it's cooler.
I’m guessing 35k subscribers didn’t happen over night. Hatters going to hate. Is it possible he started the channel years ago and has become a millionaire. And having an income with you being the boss is worth more than millions

How do you precook a cleaning for a customer without knowing if your contractor will be free at that exact time?
