NFS Underground 2: Taxi-mania

Taxis in NFS Underground 2 are insane.
After crashing into a taxi and apparently driving up the light pole (not recorded), rioforce begins to herd the taxi flock around the street, stopping any taxis in the flock from moving and even pushing a few taxis around because taxis are dumb and do not know how to get out of a driver's way but instead bah loudly and stubbornly refuse to move.
