A nice little surprise mechanic. It's quite ethical and fun.
Spiff is too powerful, he's moved from exploiting games to exploiting reality, and I couldn't be happier.
So fun fact, due to this video, there's now literally people unable to play spore since they can't get the CD Keys from steam anymore because Steam hid them in response to this video. If you get spore and there's an error with your key, which is distressingly common, you're totally, completely shit out of luck, due to steam's response to this video. You can literally buy spore on steam, try to register it, and be told you can't because your copy's already registered to someone else.
If all Steam is doing is hiding the code, then the code not working is not their fault hidden or unhidden. Get angry at EA?
