Ha, the K series is a really impressive motor. It’s a bit tall for the 944 engine bay. Besides, I think we can get the same performance out of our 07K swap!
Well, it made over 400 on this dyno at 20 psi and it’s a complete stock long block! Once we do a forged bottom end I’m thinking we can make 600-700 wheel and spin it to 8500 reliably. Plus it sounds better! Don’t worry all you Honda guys out there reading thus, I’ve got plenty of respect for the K series!
Doesn't look like Gridlife will let me run the Beetle, being a full tube chassis. But they're not out West yet so who know what will happen by the time they are. I'm hoping your unlimited build is going to be 07K based, Mike...
It is! Unfortunately almost none of the time attack series allow full tune frame chassis. Then again, makes sense when trying to keep costs down. Guess you’ll just have to build ANOTHER car hahah
