    I DID feel like poop today and was going to use it as an excuse to not work out. Instead I found this short work out which actually made me feel a little better. Thanks Dean!

      That's really great to hear David! I would definitely recommend first to be sure you're drinking plenty of water. And then search "headache" and "ache" in general in our channel. You'll find plenty of video suggestions.
