    Pretty active 61 yr old with some yoga experience. This is a great start with a few new poses for me. I am trying to stay flexible and strong as I grow older and also thinking about trying some Pilates. This was a good start for me to get back into it. Thanks very much

      If you have enough core strength to start wish. Try a abb wheel from you knees. I do three sets of 10 and alternate with hanging leg raise.

      Thanks Dean. I’ve been doing your videos all week and have done the full testosterone workout 🏋️‍♀️ a couple,of times. Crow pose kicks my ass and I can’t do it at all (actually, they all kick my ass LOL). My goal is to be able to do crow with you workout by two weeks from now.

    I like that the poses are not so flown and quick from one to the other. Time for us 60 + to get ready for the next pose

      @@rossgellar709 staying as active as possible, without injuring myself. Often that is a fine line. Stretching, range of motion. Endurance. Yoga. Physical therapy. I have been on prescription Celebrex for at least 20 years. I have recently found "Greek mountain tea" is good for relieving inflammation. Ruta tea is good for relaxing muscles and nerves.

    Great vid. I almost got through the whole session except the last exercise. I have limited mobility due to injury. Any suggestions for an alternate pose?

      Glad you enjoyed it so much Joshua! That last pose was child pose. The only modification is to do it shallower than Dean does if you're having a hard time copying him. Don't make that a goal, just do what your body allows with the intention of improving over time.
