In Islam, regarding the laws what I believe is, these are the commands from Allah interpreted by His prophet Muhammad (pbuh) which are to be implemented. ISLAM is such a government dear sister. This is not tyranny. It is just, just for saving millions of souls from the hellfire though it may not sound good to disbelievers. Note that, Islam was never a human armed super powers but it is Allaah's help what we believe the help be bestowed upon those people who are stick to their beliefs regarding Islam turns them into victorious. Allah declares, whoever wishes to help Allaah, Allaah will help him. We just are strived to spread the Islam all over the world but how? Abiding by the laws of Allaah, being sincere to these and being stick and patient, for the sake of whom? Sake of ourselves, sake of disbelievers.
Point #2- Never were disgraced the women but to uphold them Islam urges. Islam secures Men and Women simultaneously. There are a lot of points to be rised. A few I say. Okay, this is very psychological. Islam does not let any man or any woman suffer from disappointment. When there is a chance for man to look at women there is a chance he might fall in love with a woman. It can happen despite of a single glance. Later on chance we infer, he tries to express his emotion and finally makes a courtship and somehow the courtship breaks after a while(possible). He will be hurt. Same can be for a woman too. Allaah does not want it. He does not want any of his servants feel that of pain. So Islam restricts look into opposite sex' appearance. If you ask why the women need to be preserved or be enjoined with burqa, it is a reason. Notice that, women also cannot gaze on men for they can feel emotion which is to be reserved for the valid companion aka husband. And it sounds good, doesn't it? If you ask now why the men do not veil, then there is the explanation beyond this comment. They are in charge of families, of societies. They need to work for their families. Why do they do it themselves? Why not women in charge? Women are never discouraged to have their opinions in any kind of affairs concerning their knowledges. They can express to their men which might be helpful like Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) took consultancy from his wife Umme Salma ra. But as Men are responsible for protecting their ladies and families they are in charge. It is the command from Allaah that men are responsible for their families and societies. Women are pearls like to be protected by men and will be asked how they treated. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said, 'That person is good who is good in his wife's eyes.' Look, women are the judge like, judge how the men govern.
I could not say a lot of things here in this box. May be this is why you can misjudge my saying but my aim was to simplify the meaning as much as I can so that you can understand even a bit. I am not good at english so don't criticise my english.
