    1. Intermittent fasting
    2. Yoga / workout
    3. Avoid fast/oily/fried and bakery or packaged food, also avoid sugar and cut down salt quantity to half
    4. Avoid cold water and soft drinks
    5. Drink plenty of water
    6. Take salad 🥗 / vegetable soup 🍲 and fruits at least as a one meal per day
    7. Finish heavy meal 2 hours before bedtime.
    8. Avoid sitting for too long at place
    9. Sleep on time (10pm is best option now a days)
    10. Don't take stress

      @@saba6545 in the breakfast i simply take 2 boil eggs and a chilla made up of lentil (mong dal) recipe available on UA-cam. At 11am i take full plate seasonal fruits (apple must). At 1:30 i take salad ( boiled kidney beans, cucumber, tomatoe, capsicum, onion, green chilis, beat root and apple cider vinegar). While at night i usually have light dinner vegetable or mutton soup. Walk yoga, light weight exercises specially Ab exercises.

    Wow amazing motivation for me. All my life i did one diet to another and no success
    This time, I am seriously doing gym exercise walk stop all the white from my diet sugar maida rice chum chum roti now i will start hot water. Hopefully i will also lose 35kg

    Agreed Luke warm water is best for health,weight loss n for bowl movement
    Yes when u eat less ur stomach start to shrink n then u eat less food .
    Intermittent fasting helps me alot in losing 30kg in a year with walk n 16/8 schedule I also did sometimes 18/6, 20/4
    Then this become my lifestyle I am also enjoying life again with more energy. Alhamdulilah
    Also one thing mein ab Beth kr Namaz nae ab kharay ho kr parhty hun Alhamdulilah .❤❤

    Aroosa I lost 18kgs over the period of 6 months with more or less the same routine that you shared .. bt now am trying to maintain it .. so fingers crossed for next video ... N let me share one thing with u .. that I lost that much of weight when I am 41. With two c sections ... So nothing is impossible

    Please don’t do surya namazkar….it’s actually worshiping the sun. Eliminate the stops in which they clasp the hands together and worship the Sun. Apna Iman Bachay,it’s definitely more important than weight loss. Aur tarha ka yoga kar lo, not Sun Salutation.

    Uroosa, I couldn't agree more what you said. Small changes in your lifestyle has life long impacts. I myself lost 20+ kgs just as you did small changes, slow weight loss but here I am lighter, healthier, and confident. So happy with my life.
    No fuss or hard and fast rule for weight loss
    You just need to understand your body & have patience and, small changes in lifestyle and you will see the results 🎉😊

      @@ayishaafzalqureshi3889 what Uroosa said, I agree 100%. So far on UA-cam, I can say couldn't find as honest as Uroosa with the weight loss journey. It is small things that brings big changes.
      Tips
      1. Don't stress and no harsh diet plans. Don't make a weight loss big job. Just make it fun. Take it easy
      2. Understand your body. As women we have more chances to have hormonal imbalances and Thyroid issues. Which will make your weight loss journey possible if treated first. Seek medical help first.
      3. Sleep well. Atleast 8 hours.
      4. Start exercising 15 Minutes a day and gradually increase your time and intensity.
      5. Have your dinner atleast 3 hrs before bedtime.
      6. Drink plenty of water. If its luke warm even better.
      That's all I did to loose 20+ Kgs. I have tried all the weight loss tips and tricks but unfortunately was no success. I went to my doctor, she found I have a thyroid issue which was not letting me shed weight no matter how hard I try. Got treated for my thyroid. Then all these small tips helped me in my journey without any diet or personal trainer. It was a slow process but healthy and fun. As a foody person, I loved the way I lost weight without sacrificing my favourite foods. And remember as you start losing weight your diet will automatically adjust accordingly. My portions gradually decreased. Less body mass less energy you need.
      Hope this will help you and Thanks to Uroosa for being honest on her weight loss journey. No crazy diet plans 🤦‍♀️

    Mujh sy garam pani nahi piya jata. Wrna sub sy zyada help yahi krta hai I know. Mujy garam pani sy vomit hoti hai. Jab ky mai garmi mai b kam randa pani peti hn. Iska koi solution bataien😢

    You should not do the parts of Surya Namaskar that involve sun worship or religious chants. This includes saluting or worshipping the sun and saying any mantras or prayers during the practice. If you skip these and focus only on the physical movements for exercise, it should be fine.

    What a journey! I love the way you expressed your emotional weight loss journey with a very calm way. I have been trying since I had my first kid and now I have 3 Kids all married.
