@@saba6545 in the breakfast i simply take 2 boil eggs and a chilla made up of lentil (mong dal) recipe available on UA-cam. At 11am i take full plate seasonal fruits (apple must). At 1:30 i take salad ( boiled kidney beans, cucumber, tomatoe, capsicum, onion, green chilis, beat root and apple cider vinegar). While at night i usually have light dinner vegetable or mutton soup. Walk yoga, light weight exercises specially Ab exercises.

Agreed Luke warm water is best for health,weight loss n for bowl movement Yes when u eat less ur stomach start to shrink n then u eat less food . I myself lost 20+ kgs just as you did small changes, slow weight loss but here I am lighter, healthier, and confident. So happy with my life. No fuss or hard and fast rule for weight loss You just need to understand your body & have patience and, small changes in lifestyle and you will see the results 🎉😊

Tips 1. Don't stress and no harsh diet plans. Don't make a weight loss big job. Just make it fun. Take it easy 2. Understand your body. As women we have more chances to have hormonal imbalances and Thyroid issues. Which will make your weight loss journey possible if treated first. Seek medical help first. 3. Sleep well. Atleast 8 hours. 4. Start exercising 15 Minutes a day and gradually increase your time and intensity. 5. Have your dinner atleast 3 hrs before bedtime. 6. Drink plenty of water. If its luke warm even better. That's all I did to loose 20+ Kgs. I have tried all the weight loss tips and tricks but unfortunately was no success. I went to my doctor, she found I have a thyroid issue which was not letting me shed weight no matter how hard I try. Got treated for my thyroid. Then all these small tips helped me in my journey without any diet or personal trainer. It was a slow process but healthy and fun. As a foody person, I loved the way I lost weight without sacrificing my favourite foods. And remember as you start losing weight your diet will automatically adjust accordingly. My portions gradually decreased. Less body mass less energy you need. Hope this will help you and Thanks to Uroosa for being honest on her weight loss journey. No crazy diet plans 🤦♀️

Please don’t do surya namazkar….it’s actually worshiping the sun. Eliminate the stops in which they clasp the hands together and worship the Sun. Apna Iman Bachay,it’s definitely more important than weight loss. Aur tarha ka yoga kar lo, not Sun Salutation.

Uroosa, I couldn't agree more what you said. Small changes in your lifestyle has life long impacts. I myself lost 20+ kgs just as you did small changes, slow weight loss but here I am lighter, healthier, and confident. So happy with my life.

@@ayishaafzalqureshi3889 what Uroosa said, I agree 100%. So far on UA-cam, I can say couldn't find as honest as Uroosa with the weight loss journey. It is small things that brings big changes.
Tips
1. Don't stress and no harsh diet plans. Don't make a weight loss big job. Just make it fun. Take it easy
2. Understand your body. As women we have more chances to have hormonal imbalances and Thyroid issues. Which will make your weight loss journey possible if treated first. Seek medical help first.
3. Sleep well. Atleast 8 hours.
4. Start exercising 15 Minutes a day and gradually increase your time and intensity.
5. Have your dinner atleast 3 hrs before bedtime.
6. Drink plenty of water. If its luke warm even better.
That's all I did to loose 20+ Kgs. I have tried all the weight loss tips and tricks but unfortunately was no success. I went to my doctor, she found I have a thyroid issue which was not letting me shed weight no matter how hard I try. Got treated for my thyroid. Then all these small tips helped me in my journey without any diet or personal trainer. It was a slow process but healthy and fun. As a foody person, I loved the way I lost weight without sacrificing my favourite foods. And remember as you start losing weight your diet will automatically adjust accordingly. My portions gradually decreased. Less body mass less energy you need.
Hope this will help you and Thanks to Uroosa for being honest on her weight loss journey. No crazy diet plans 🤦♀️
