    I have been on intermittent fasting for the last 11 years, Alhamdulillah and on the same weight from the last 11 years.. it's way good n healthy lifestyle no doubt ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

      I use 16 by 8 its the most convenient window, and its been 2 years i eat every thing on my eating window cakes meetha infact i started it for eating sweets and not gaining weight and can easily maintain weight because i couldn't resist sweets ​@iamuroosasiddiqui

      Actually it's 17 hours sometimes it becomes 18 hours i did not eat after 6 pm and than next day my breakfast at 11 or 12

    Thanks for the video! I watched one of your videos 1 year ago and started intermittent fasting in July 2023. I am now much healthier and have lost 14kg. Since Ramadan I am now doing 20:4 pattern. Thanks!

    Humare pyare nabi s.a.w ne saara saal Monday and Thursday roza rakha... khajur, fruits, aur kabhi kabhi barley and kabhi meat khaya karye the... hum insaano ke liye betareen giza... aur 1/3 stomach khana.... maine kiye... aur usme behtareen faiyda hai...

    Hi Aroosa thank you for sharing this. I have started this just over a month ago and I can SEE my clothes are getting lose on my even though the scale hasn't moved a bit 🙃. I do similar to what you do and also try to walk for 30 mins. I am also planning to do some exercises as well to reduce a little bit more weight. INSHA ALLAH

    Very well explained even a professional dietition cannot do this, i have taken diet plans 4 times but was not able to implement because their hourly snacks munching plus weekly groceries and ended up getting demotivated , i am 70 kgs right now definately going to incorporate all these points from tomorrow insha Allah , will give feed back insha Allah you have given enough motivation to start from tomorrow

    I have started iF for past 14 days and i have lost almost 7kgs uptil now and i was feeling low today but after watching your video i feel motivated.
    I always take darcheeni and black pepper in warm water in the morning.
    I have to loose 12 more kgs sometimes it feels difficult. But i am gonna do it.

    I did intermittent fasting yes i lost weight but It damaged my thyroid. Now I am dealing with hyperthyroidism disease and it is the most difficult thing that I am dealing also I got autoimmune diseases. Please be very careful what you do. I regret it😢

    One thing I wanna add, please don't mind, mango k sath koi or fruit bohat zyda sugar consumption hojyega, pisty badam sab k ghr mein hoty hai mango k upar wo sprinkle kr k kha skty hain. Ya plain yogurt with mango without adding sugar.

      One meal a day with sunnah fasting of monday n Thursday.
      24 hours fasting from Saturday evening to Sunday evening.
      1st meal: olive oil 2 Tbspn n some olives. eggs, Nuts n with some low glycemic fruit.
      2 meal. Meat ' salad bowl n curd.
      ACv in water. After dinner
      Zeera meethi kalonji ka pani or send a between 2 meals.
      No coldrinks at all.
      Meat includes
      Chicken mutton beef fish.
      Chops brain liver qeema n bone broth.
      Salad
      Veggies berries some fruits
      Lobia n chana form.
      Use only desi ghee n mustard oil for cooking.
      I m not sugar lover since childhood but dibetes is in my gene so m diabetics that's y no craving of sweet but if u r craving for it go magnesium n potassium based subs. Thank you.

    I started intermittent fasting last bakra eid.. loose almost 8 to 9 kg ... Alhamdlillah
    . I have hypothyroidism and i tried ao many thing to get rid of my weight and I loose .. but intermittent fasting help me to healthy life style

      @@iamuroosasiddiquiin weekends I prefer one meal in a day. With portion diet style. And on weekdays I prefer 20/4 meal system. Also 4 to 5 thousand steps and 15 /20 minutes simple exercises for daily basis.

      @@masoodch.4921 nothing special.. bus mein fasting Karti hon sab khati hon Sirf sugar chhora hai.. cooking oil kam use Karti hon.. preserved food kammkiya hai bahir ki cheezin band ki hain.. Ghar ka saf Khana .. fasting... Aur 5000 step din mein ek bar .. 10 15 min. K liye walk.

    Mera weight 64 tha phir maine 5 months mai 20 kgs loose kia and mera weight 44 hoga , intermittent fasting aor workout kia tha but apne goal achieve krtay he i got pregnant and 2 months pahlay he delivery hoi hai , AlHumdulillah its my 3rd baby but ab again i am 55 and deit kr nahi skti breastfeeding ki wja se😢 ab kia kru bhot lazy ho gai hun workout ka roz sochti hun but 😢😢😢😢 krti nahi hun

      If you can start ur day without early chai and fasting windowbmai time hai try having tea without milk and sugar . Kawaa.
      Agar bilkul nahin achanak start kar saktay then have it with honey . You can start with that and move your way to the fasting window .
      Take small steps x. Make small efforts towards healthy leaving .

    I have heard from many youtubers that we should take fruits as our first meal in intermittent fasting ?? So it'll be a sweet breakfast na... so should i avoid fruits now??

      Yes, correct . Please avoid any sort of sugar atleast in the morning . And check your cravings through out the day .
      And one day start with a sweet breakfast and then see how much you eat b
      You will end up getting hungry more crave for sugar more if u start your day with sugar . Try and let me know
