I have started iF for past 14 days and i have lost almost 7kgs uptil now and i was feeling low today but after watching your video i feel motivated. I always take darcheeni and black pepper in warm water in the morning. I have to loose 12 more kgs sometimes it feels difficult. But i am gonna do it.

I did intermittent fasting yes i lost weight but It damaged my thyroid. Now I am dealing with hyperthyroidism disease and it is the most difficult thing that I am dealing also I got autoimmune diseases. Please be very careful what you do. I regret it😢

One thing I wanna add, please don't mind, mango k sath koi or fruit bohat zyda sugar consumption hojyega, pisty badam sab k ghr mein hoty hai mango k upar wo sprinkle kr k kha skty hain. Ya plain yogurt with mango without adding sugar.
IF works for me always because it helps me with control my hunger pnks but imp is wht u take papaya pineapple and baked sweet potato helps with weight loss

Chops brain liver qeema n bone broth. Salad Veggies berries some fruits Lobia n chana form. Use only desi ghee n mustard oil for cooking. If you can start ur day without early chai and fasting windowbmai time hai try having tea without milk and sugar . Kawaa. Agar bilkul nahin achanak start kar saktay then have it with honey . You can start with that and move your way to the fasting window . Take small steps x. Make small efforts towards healthy leaving .

Yes, correct . Please avoid any sort of sugar atleast in the morning . And check your cravings through out the day . And one day start with a sweet breakfast and then see how much you eat b You will end up getting hungry more crave for sugar more if u start your day with sugar . Try and let me know

Actually it's 17 hours sometimes it becomes 18 hours i did not eat after 6 pm and than next day my breakfast at 11 or 12

@@iamuroosasiddiquiin weekends I prefer one meal in a day. With portion diet style. And on weekdays I prefer 20/4 meal system. Also 4 to 5 thousand steps and 15 /20 minutes simple exercises for daily basis.

If you can start ur day without early chai and fasting windowbmai time hai try having tea without milk and sugar . Kawaa.
Agar bilkul nahin achanak start kar saktay then have it with honey . You can start with that and move your way to the fasting window .
Take small steps x. Make small efforts towards healthy leaving .
Me main Pura month ki hai aur 4 kg loss bhi Kia tha ..... Sugar ko bhi haat Nahy lagaiya tha ..... 0 sugar candle use ki thy .... Work out bhi Saath main Kia tha
2 to 3 months for proper results . Take a few days gap in betweeen also

Yes, correct . Please avoid any sort of sugar atleast in the morning . And check your cravings through out the day .
And one day start with a sweet breakfast and then see how much you eat b
You will end up getting hungry more crave for sugar more if u start your day with sugar . Try and let me know
