I just watched a very negative ( "class action suit being filed" ) news report that I think is going to prevent me from buying one of these. Not cooling and ice maker problems consumers cannot get fixed and they are mentioning repair bills for repairs that only last 2-3 days !
I just got mine today, but it does not come with panels. It’s just plain aluminum or something. I thought comes with white panels. Can somebody guide me on this?
You have to connect the refrigerator to the water supply through the pipes you got and the filter. That way the refrigerator will always have water. It would be best to call a plumber who will do it for you, be sure to read the instructions for use and turn on the water dispenser and ice maker.
Just bought a brand new one from Lowe's. Does not cool at all. No it's not in Demo mode. Bought on the 16th. Because I did not plug it in as soon as I got it home. It's past the 24hr return policy at Lowe's. Repair company is scheduled to come out on the 29th. One shot chance to fix this or I will be getting a full refund. Samsung does not have a good reputation for fridges.wish I had known thos beforehand. I would have bought frigidaire or whirlpool brand refrigerator

I have many complaints from 4 doors to 2 months the technician came to repair 3 times and now they have discharged him ... to look for another ... and it is not only the Samsung ..
This was a hard dose of reality. Their products are beautiful in design. So I bought a Samsung washer and dryer. 5 years in and the washer internal coating is peeling and turning to rust.
I only had to pause about 20 times to get anything out of this video

No freezer?
The bottom left is a freezer and the bottom right is a "flex zone" which you can set to be a freezer or not.
Water doesn’t come out of my dispenser.. how do I make it work or fill the pitcher?

You have to connect the water supply line to fridge and water supply…
If you connected your water hose correctly, then click fridge manager in the app on the refrigerator let me know if you need more help

Piece of junk! All samsungs are in recall almost. All have defective compressors and ice makers. Many class action suits. Dont buy samsung or lg

Agreed - my pitcher and ice machines dont work as advertised. Its only 2 months old.
