I have had the 3 door in white for a couple of months. I’m in love and glad we went with a higher end compared to our previous ones. Awaiting delivery on a Bespoke 3 door. Chose this model specifically because 1) there is no ice dispenser in the door (they always break) and 2) the freezer was larger and better designed than others (more straight at the back as opposed to an angle causing loss of space, if that makes sense). Was looking for confirmation that I made a good choice, after reading about issues with the Bespoke. Thanks for the review.

The ice over problem is a consistent problem with Samsung Ice makers in the fridge. Samsung failed to seal and insulate it properly causing the warmer air from the fridge to enter and melt the ice and cause condensation on the coolant tubing. Unfortunately, Samsung continued with this design for 3-4 years, knowing there was an issue. I hope they got this one right.
Thanks for the review. Have you measure the noise level when the compressor is running? I have an LG side by side and when the compressor is running, my phone reads 35db standing right next to the fridge. 35db is supposed to be pretty quiet, but I can hear that high pitch noise 10 feet away when im watching tv, in which sometimes it can be annoying. Has this been an issue with your fridge (or the previous ones)?
@luisarsuaga7637 So my parents have and LG fridge and without testing with a meter, I would say there is slightly louder and makes an interesting noise. 95% of the time I never hear the Samsung compressor, but when it is on it is noticeable.
I just bought mine this memorial day, got it delivered from Homedepot, out the door with 5 year warranty $2130, it looks sleek with white glass, still learn how to operate it, and thanks for the great video.
Saved me a huge headache by showing the door hinges and the long wall on one side. My kitchen is setup very similar and I was considering the counter depth for my family of 2. Thanks for pointing this out and saving me a huge headache.
Just bought one in Black Stainless. It's the only counter depth they had in stock and I needed it NOW! But you got me nervous about reliability, so I'll add the extended warranty. VERY helpful review. Nice job!
Thank you for your review. I own a Samsung Bespoke fridge too. The one I have is a different model, but with a lot of the same features. (I have the 4-Door Flex). The top portion of our fridge is exactly like yours with the beverage center feature. Bottom section is 2 freezer sections with pull out shelf-drawers. The dual ice maker is in one side, the other side can be set to freezer or fridge temp as needed. Ours is the same white glass as yours and we chose the counter-depth version. The space it fills is wide enough for the doors to open the full 125 degrees. It was very helpful to see you change the water filter. Our configuration up top is exactly like yours and this visual is a big help for the first time we need to do this. And the tip about water pressure is a really good one. Recently, we have had a LOT of plumbing work done and it was discovered our water pressure was set way too high. That has been adjusted and hopefully we did not do any internal damage to the fridge in the time we've owned it since March 2023. We ordered directly from Samsung and their price was better than any big box or dealer. Shipping was free. and they threw in an extra water filter and a $100.00 coupon. Delivery was 4 days after we ordered....much quicker than the other retailers in our area. At the time we ordered we were also given a perk of being able to get a 2nd set of panels free. We just have to decide what color!
Your GE fridge is from a different era. It would seem that all refrigerators from all brands suck these days. On consumer reports there is no refrigerator that gets above a 3/5 rating, which to me means the whole industry is failing.
Greatly appreciated your video talking about the standard depth vs. counter depth. I have a counter depth black stainless Samsung for 7 years now I absolutely love, but will be leaving it when we move. I assumed I would purchase the counter depth in the Bespoke line (same one, but I want the family hub), but I believe our new kitchen has your setup with the wall on one side. Thanks for sharing that information. I'll take some measurements to see what the best choice would be for us.
I'm glad it was helpful! I've noticed Samsung has also done a better job at including those measurements on their website but wanted to make sure everyone gets the right one for their space.
We’ve finally progressed from bespoke historically only meaning clothing cut and tailored to the unique measurements of an individual to kitchen appliances made on an assembly line but with interchangeable color panelling. Great job Millennials.
Only a happily married guy like us would say "I liked having X feature, my wife didnt like X feature, so we decided to compromise and not get that feature." LOL. I identify buddy.
Great video, I'm in the market for a fridge and wanted this one I read the reviews on the website, and made me iffy, but watching your video makes me more at ease about getting it. Keep up[ the great work on the videos half the time I'm looking at buying something and looking for reviews on tech yours pops up and it is always the first one I click
You did an amazing demo of this fridge. Guess what I came across the same problem regarding the counter depth and now I am in return process from 23 cu to 29 cu what a pain. I wish I had watched your video before 😢. Well still not too late. Otherwise I love this fridge as well ❤. It has amazing features what else we can ask for. Thanks so much for putting the time and doing this demo. I am sure it will help others ❤!!
Got this EXACT one a week ago after 10 year LG (problematic, even more expensive) fridge. So far love it. I'm hoping for the best. It sure is a nice looking fridge and I specifically wanted one with water and ice inside due to mess...and stainless cleaning nightmare. No kids in house so it works for us.
I just got this a week ago too and I have thermometers inside, the top part is set to 34 but reading 40-41 so they are going to replace mine 😢 the middle drawer is steady at 35 degrees and the freezer is set to 0 but reaching -6 , wondering if I’m the only one that is actually measuring the actual temperatures cuz I’ve been looking online and haven’t found anything. Hopefully my new one works if not I will have to get a different brand
@@TyrantPapathe new one still isn’t consistent with the temps but I keep thermometers that connect to an app in there so it will alert me if it ever goes above 38 is where I have it set. So far it hasn’t gotten warm but it does get colder than what is set. I do love my fridge otherwise. Hope this helps
Obviously this video was from a year ago, but I would suggest you pull your fridge out at least an inch or two, though 3 is ideal. With your fridge compartment being a built-in style precious little air is getting back to your compressor/condenser coils which will make them have to work even harder. The extra air flow can genuinely make the difference for a fridge that lives 3-5 years and one that goes 10-15. Particularly on modern units which have a much longer duty cycle. In severe cases it can even cause your fridge to struggle to maintain desired temps because its already running flat out. If space is too precious, just finding some way to get the air behind the fridge moving so it cycles out (and pulls in fresh air) will likely pay huge dividends down the road. Best of luck.
I thought about that too. That's a problem with compartmentalized areas, much like the days when people used to stuff desktop pc cases into little boxes built into the side of desks. I'd also recommend a surge protector on the power outlet. My parent's had a fridge's electronics get wacked before due to a surge and it killed the fridge. The board was cost prohibitive compared to the cost of that particular fridge vs getting a new one at the time, too. So the surge bricked their fridge. They recommend 3" gap behind like you said, so I'd do at least 2" as a compromise if not 3". He does have a slim gap on the counter side, so maybe he could find a narrow enough fan he could keep on low, plugged in behind the fridge where the fridge plugs in and sitting in the gap at the floor level to pull air behind the fridge. There are some narrow rectangular rack mount fans made for rack mount pc servers that might work, if you could find one with quiet enough fans or with fans replaceable with higher quality ones ( e.g. hydro bearing, fluid bearing, etc). That is, setting up the "shelf drawer-like" server fan rack vertically in that gap instead of horizontally. That or, he could install pc style fan(s) into the bottom of that overhead cabinet somehow, louvers on the other side of the back wall depending what's back there, etc.
Great video. I ordered this exact fridge (stainless steel) yesterday from Costco. They uad it in sale for $2300. I also bought the Allstate warranty. I avoided Samsung refrigerators for many years because of the problems they have had. But I decided to try this fridge after dojng quite a bit of research and learned this model is well designed. The fridge will be delivered in less than a week and I am hoping for the best. This video is encouraging.
@calm9447 I know this is the case for older model Samsung fridges. Not so sure about this one. But I hope it doesn't happen. The newer model GE fridges have some kind of cowling covering hardware that is INSIDE the fridge where you store food. The cowling is huge, ugly, and takes up valuable space. I use to have good luck with Whirlpool until my last two whirlpool fridges started having structural issues where the doors would become extremely misaligned and no amount of adjusting the doors worked. Both of them required extra pressure to ensure the fridge door was closed all the way. I refuse to buy LG since LG is a Chinese company and their fridges are notoriously unreliable.
Ordered mine today with delivery tomorrow some time. I'm so excited to get this model at a great price to replace to really old fridge I currently have, it comsumes approximately 25% of my overall energy costs per month. Did I mention I have a few friends and fam that's a little envious right now. Plan on getting the range in a couple weeks.
I have this exact fridge in the stainless steal, and everything he says is accurate. Hoping Samsung got this model right with the ice maker in the freezer and the water in the fridge. Honestly do wish it had a small handle to grab on the front, or a finger cut out like the top and bottom. Very happy with purchase, fridge is huge standard depth. Had it for 3 months so far.
Do you know what the actual temperature is inside the fresh food section? I have ours set to 34 degrees. It does good to do 35 and will go to 45 to 47 degrees before cooling begins. This is when the doors have not been opened for hours.
Personally like the clean look but the normal ice water dispenser on front in open is way better tried and true and easy for both kids and adults to use and access
@@artieartya there is a Class action lawsuit the refrigerator ice makers will freeze up. And have to be manually defrosted. We have 2 at work with this issue. Also fridge temps do not match the number pad. Ours will not cool below 41 degrees. Normally around 43.
We have the same fridge as you show in the video, and are now having the same issue with the ice/water. Ours lasted 16 years before giving up a problem though.
I bought this fridge partially based on your review. While the fridge is gorgeous and the beverage center is an amazing innovation, Less than 6 months in, it is clear Samsung continues to be plagued by ice maker issues. In this case, the ice maker unit is exposed too much to environmental conditions leading to freezing up. Samsung does not recommend the freezer being opened more than 3 minutes. This is impractical when organizing/loading/cleaning in particular. The ice make itself is incredibly cheaply made with nothing but "light:" plastic parts. I can see the writing on the wall for this being a perpetual failure point in the years to come. My last Samsung lasted 5 years before I game up on the faulty ice maker which leaked perpetually. This one likely won't leak. It will just stop working and require thawing to solve or replacement of the ice maker itself.
I have that first fridge, and it's a disaster. I can't open the ice maker anymore; I shut it off as a lost cause. I'm looking to replace it after 11 years. I've been disappointed in it for about half that time. We've had two people tell us two different things about our water pressure. One said it was too high, and the other said it was too low. I have no idea if that's an issue or not. Thank you for the review!
Great review. You gave me a few ideas of how I can use it. First time I'm watching a review after I buy something. I just got mine delivered yesterday and I'm in love too. Mine's the 3 door version. A fridge was on my list but I thought of waiting with the purchase a few months. I walked into best buy to buy a dish washer. Saw this fridge and decided to buy it within 2 minutes.
I got mine from Costco without the beverage center. I opted for stainless for the top two doors and that gorgeous light blue for the pull out freezer because I thought it was funny that it looked like a huge ice cube 🧊
I wanted to send a thank you to you. We got it bought the refrigerator. Just the other day. I did a lot of research before I bought it I found, of course negative and positive comments and I love everything you had to say. Thank you again.
I own the same Samsung as your first one. Samsung settled a class action lawsuit on that one and we have had the ice maker replaced at least 4 times along with the control board the last time. They built a nightmare when they put that ice maker in the refrigerator compartment. The lawsuit required them to extend the warranty for I believe 10 years. If you have that model, contact Samsung customer support and they connect you with a local certified repair facility that will perform the repair for free. I'm not sure I will ever buy a Samsung refrigerator again, especially one with an ice maker in the refrigerator compartment.
At a certain point I was just done with it. We had warranty over so many times. I didn't realize how much of an issue it was till I saw tons of other people showing videos online. I'm just glad they are working much better now.
Sadly, there is a design flaw with the bottom hinge for the left french door. It is bent down because of the door-within-door feature. It's the gap between the hinge and the middle drawer is so slight that when we were delivered our fridge, the drawer had trouble closing. Then the delivery person added a shimmy to that side to level the french doors making the drawer not close at all and when you did by pushing down on the drawer, it put a scratch in the drawer. We were given a replacement fridge, but took almost 3 weeks to get delivered. Once the second fridge was delivered, it had the same bent hinge problem; however, this delivery person leveled the fridge using the feet. We do have a very small mark on the drawer, but it does close easily. Comparing the gaps of the left and right hinge is obvious of the problem. Everything else about the fridge that we have experienced in the last 3 weeks has been positive. I will be contacting Samsung for their poor design.
omg, had the same samsung fridge and had the identical issues, got it fixed twice, said i would never buy a samsung again, now i bought the bespoke with the screen, now im afraid that my screen will go out, but hey, i got mines for $1700 scratch and dent, flawless honestly,
I have an infamous one affected by the recall. Bought the extended warranty knowing this. Repairs were done free of charge. My only up-front was the warranty plan.
Thank you so much for the video this helps me feel good about my decision! I went with blue panels up top and yellow on the bottom for a colorful centerpiece in the kitchen!
Hi Brett. We are looking very seriously at this fridge. One thing we've noticed is that there is a ridge along the front edge of the top of the fridge where the fridge is about an inch taller (see the spot where you placed your flyswatter at 16:00 in your video). We've looked at Samsung's online diagrams and can't seem to figure out how far back that extends from the front edge of the fridge. This is important, because the rear part of the fridge will fit our space, while the higher front portion is too tall (i.e., it will need to protrude). So...moving from front to back, we need to know how much of the fridge is low, and how much is high. Any insights?
The front height is 70 1/4" and is 11 1/4 deep. The lower part is 68 7/8” tall and 23" deep on the standard depth. The water line and power cord don't take up much space but you may need to add 1/2" when planning on how far back it sits.
Mine was Samsung 4 door flex we have for6,1/2 years before it got bad , first ice machine hat bed and freezer stop working, and we bought bespoke with hub. 5 years warranty
Would you still recommend this fridge? I would also be mixing stainless steel oven and dishwasher etc with the white glass. I love the idea of the glass instead of stainless. We have 6 kids and stainless ends up with dents etc.
Just a rant! The bespoke is gone. It was very nice refrigerator but the fresh food compartment could not reach the set temperature of 34 degrees. Mostly stayed in the 40s. March 10th Samsung looked at it and said we were opening it too often. That was nonsense! The refrigerator was purchased from Conns. Conns sent a tech out and they agreed with me that it was not cooling correct and there were error codes in the software indicating this. There was a tech here practically every week from March 10th to June 9th attempting to fix the problem with no luck. Conns replaced the screen, motherboard/control board, temperature sensor and reprogrammed the refrigerator. We stopped using the fresh food compartment all together for three days then had Samsung back out. This time Samsung tech agreed there is a cooling issue. He said the dryer needed to be replaced and everything else was working fine including the compressor. Dryer was replaced a few days later. It got slightly worse. Samsung returned a few days later. This time the tech connected gages to the compressor, removed the back panel in the fresh food compartment to inspect the evaporator and did the same in the freezer compartment. Now he tells me that there were two leeks in the system and needed to replace the evaporator in the freezer and the compressor. After the tech put it all back together the temperature would not drop below 58 degrees. This broke the camels back and demanded Conns replace the refrigerator with a different brand. That happened June 17th. Good luck with your Bespoke refrigerators!
Thank you for this video - its all the info I needed to know to make a decision. One question - How high off the floor is the bottom of the fridge doors? I have a low counter top (32") that extends out on one side well beyond the fridge. I'm wondering if the door will clear the top of it. The height of the fridge is 70" and looks to be roughly split in half (35" for the two drawers and 35" for the French doors). Is that accurate?
How is it working now? We saw this one at the store today & are considering buying it. We don't use that much ice. Is there an option to convert it to a regular freezer?
Question! Do the doors come off if needed during delivery and installation? The door to my kitchen is too small for the dimensions with the fridge doors but looks like it’ll fit if they can come off.
Water is filled fast, is making both ice, small and regular size but at my opinion super slow, like I said, I have never seen both sides of ice full or at least half way full
Great video; thank you. I just received the exact same refrigerator today. I noticed my water picture does not fill so I will check that area based on what you showed. Also, I was wondering what the 'grids' are that cover the ice maker. I ordered mine from Home Depot as well. A very beautiful refrigerator. Thanks again.
If you can't get the water pitcher to fill up, you can turn on the setting in the SmartThings app. I think that is just a projector to help other food items not fall into the ice bin.
Will someone do me a favor? On the Smart Things app would you go to history and count how many times it says the doors have been opened and closed. I'm not happy how the fresh food section is cooling. Samsung says we are opening the doors too often. I find that hard to believe. Especially when the doors have not been opened for hours. It was 44 degrees when I got up this morning after 4 hours of no doors being opened. Temperature is set at 34.
We got bespoke everything in our kitchen. The only downside is my white panels do not match the white on my range and dishwasher but I’m sure they offer a different white just have to go look. The 2 other things is they don’t offer a vent hood to match or a wine fridge. I wish they would atleast consider the vent hood.
Good info. Is there a way to not make bigger ice cubes and use that space to store other items in Ice compartment? I think, I saw a setting in your phone.
Thank you so much. Have been looking at fridges for 6 months, had Samsung prior and the ice maker was the issue. Samsung has a bad rep, hopefully, like you said, they have it figured out. Every appliance store has tried to talk me out of this one, but BeSpoke has all the features I want and nothing else comes close in standard depth. Thank you very much for the in-depth review!!!
The freezer space looks smaller than we're used to. Have you had any issues with that or with the rest of this fridge now that it's been a hot minute since making the video? This is on a black friday deal at Costco this weekend so were considering ordering it in the next day or two if we think the freezer will be large enough.
What does the large touch screen do what are the benefits? I read if you get the touch screen you have to buy all the panels separately? Does that mean 4 total I’m assuming?
We currently have the original family hub with the extra middle drawer and we love it. Now we're moving and I'm wondering 2 things. Why is the original family hub so much more expensive over the Bespoke when the Bespoke is a newer model? Secondly, I wish they made the Bespoke in Stainless Steel instead of black - I know you can color the panels. Am I missing something? Thanks for your detailed review.
Most likely the older model is running out of stock so it is limited and the price is higher. The stainless steel options are quite different for bespoke but not sure why. Looks like I can only find the bottom with stainless and the top with black. Maybe they found that just works best.
What is it like to open the doors from a wheelchair? Or if you have hypermobile wrists? It seems that opening the doors is dependent on the angle of your arm being upward or downward, not equal with the bottom of the door. Can anyone who owns this refrigerator check this out for me? Thank you so much!
I'm glad that info was helpful. We actually just hit 2 years and things are still working great. The snack drawer did have a stabilization piece break but it still is all functioning properly.
This will be our third refrigerator in 12 years. I’m actually excited about getting our Bespoke. While we did get the glass fronts, I love the idea of being able to change them later. Also Home Depot has them $1300 off plus’s $75 off if you get another Samsung appliance…. We got a microwave
I had a Kitchen Aid side by side stainless that I bought from a warehouse 10 years ago for $800. The ice and water hasn't worked in years but everything else works great. I can only hope this Samsung lasts. I likes having the ice from the door except that when it dispenses, it's SO LOUD. 😅
Mine was stainless and failed totally in three months lost all food in fridge and freezer. No support yet from the brick or Samsung. It's gone at my expense. Went with Maytag/whirlpool side by side.
@weinbergfamily 0 seconds ago I ordered the bespoke samsung 4 door, but I am afraid the doors are too thick and the fridge will stick out too much. It also from the pictures has the black sides? Can you paint them stainless stell to match the stainless steel front panels?

I have this same fridge and so far it is the best fridge I have ever had.
Have you had any issues?

A very thorough review. Thanks for including a demo on changing the water filter and how the white glass can serve as a white board
We’ve finally progressed from bespoke historically only meaning clothing cut and tailored to the unique measurements of an individual to kitchen appliances made on an assembly line but with interchangeable color panelling. Great job Millennials.
haha, so true 😁
Your review, especially the part a about the doors opening; standard depth vs counter depth saved me a major headache!
Only a happily married guy like us would say "I liked having X feature, my wife didnt like X feature, so we decided to compromise and not get that feature." LOL. I identify buddy.
Or a doormat of a guy
Love our Bespoke Samsung Refrigerator!❤❤❤
@@inkedonww3320hate to be a bother, but did the replacement have the same issue? Thank you.
Nice, you always make the videos on the products I want
Just fyi, you're still supposed to have at least an inch or two of clearance behind to allow airflow. 14:30
Thanks for covering the depth and how opening the doors require space as well.
I've had no issues since I purchased mine in April. Very quiet, no loud noises.
6:21 did you put the white sticker with the arrow? If not, I think it’s supposed to be removed and it’s why the sensor isn’t working fully.
Have you had any issues with it?
It has been really reliable. I've had no issues with it at all so far. I really don't have any complaints at it. @@Jesseg-rj6xf
How much for the fridge
I have this exact fridge in the stainless steal, and everything he says is accurate. Hoping Samsung got this model right with the ice maker in the freezer and the water in the fridge. Honestly do wish it had a small handle to grab on the front, or a finger cut out like the top and bottom.
Very happy with purchase, fridge is huge standard depth. Had it for 3 months so far.
Do you feel like the stainless steel scratches easily? We are trying to decide between the stainless steel and the white glass.
@@wavy2k following.
About to purchase, can you tell me how is it going with your purchase
Is there any issues with the refrigerator so far ?
Do you know what the actual temperature is inside the fresh food section? I have ours set to 34 degrees. It does good to do 35 and will go to 45 to 47 degrees before cooling begins. This is when the doors have not been opened for hours.
Mine does the same thing, Food is cold but it's a bit scary seeing how warm it gets inside the fridge at certain times.
Thanks for the video, we are thinking about getting one for our new home.
Don't forget to talk about the additional cost to change the color of the refrigerator panels if you want to go to a different color profile.
Personally like the clean look but the normal ice water dispenser on front in open is way better tried and true and easy for both kids and adults to use and access
It was certainly an adjustment. I guess it doesn't annoy me because I never use ice, I just like having the cold water ready to go.
Not if ice maker is in fridge section. Youll find out soon enough
@@tommyorrison9659 what??
@@artieartya there is a Class action lawsuit the refrigerator ice makers will freeze up. And have to be manually defrosted. We have 2 at work with this issue. Also fridge temps do not match the number pad. Ours will not cool below 41 degrees. Normally around 43.
@@tommyorrison9659 sucks for you. Should have got warranty Home Depot and Lowe’s got 5 years. Seems you cheaper out on that.
Thank you for showing handle under left side for beverage center!
I literally just got my fridge today!
How long does it take to really cool the fridge?
The water is not even cold.
Is there an option to turn off the autofill for the pitcher? Can I use the pitcher for something else instead, like juice or iced tea?
We have the same fridge as you show in the video, and are now having the same issue with the ice/water. Ours lasted 16 years before giving up a problem though.
Aren't you supposed to have like 2-3 inches in the back of the fridge or something for air flow?
I thought there had to be some space behind also.
We just brought counter top refrigerator but in stainless steel. We love it!
Hello! Any updates on this model? Any temperature issues or problems with water/ ice?
I just got one and your video really helps!
Excellent in depth review! Thank you so much!!
Please share the link for the water filter replacement. Thank you!
Thank you so much. This is very, very helpful and detailed. :)
How to manage water temperature???
Great review. You gave me a few ideas of how I can use it. First time I'm watching a review after I buy something. I just got mine delivered yesterday and I'm in love too. Mine's the 3 door version. A fridge was on my list but I thought of waiting with the purchase a few months. I walked into best buy to buy a dish washer. Saw this fridge and decided to buy it within 2 minutes.
How much clearance would I need if one side of it was a wall it can't pull out past?
Very nicely organized refrigerator. Great info
Where does ice come out of?
I got mine from Costco without the beverage center. I opted for stainless for the top two doors and that gorgeous light blue for the pull out freezer because I thought it was funny that it looked like a huge ice cube 🧊
I wanted to send a thank you to you. We got it bought the
refrigerator. Just the other day. I did a lot of research before I bought it I found, of course negative and positive comments and I love everything you had to say. Thank you again.
I'm glad my input was helpful. Enjoy!
I will be contacting Samsung for their poor design.
omg, had the same samsung fridge and had the identical issues, got it fixed twice, said i would never buy a samsung again, now i bought the bespoke with the screen, now im afraid that my screen will go out, but hey, i got mines for $1700 scratch and dent, flawless honestly,
That's a great deal!
Those are going to be really fun colors!
Super helpful. Thanks a ton!
thanks bud, was trying to figure out Counter vs standard... gonna do standard
Having problems with thin pice on the left door you have to manually push that flap so you can close the other side of the door
Mine was Samsung 4 door flex we have for6,1/2 years before it got bad , first ice machine hat bed and freezer stop working, and we bought bespoke with hub. 5 years warranty
Good gravy you're tall! I have this fridge, I LOVE it, but I'm 4'10, and had no idea there were handles at the top! Learn something new everyday! 😂
Haha! Height is very hard to judge on camera.
Would you still recommend this fridge? I would also be mixing stainless steel oven and dishwasher etc with the white glass. I love the idea of the glass instead of stainless. We have 6 kids and stainless ends up with dents etc.
Thanks for the review. I am thinking of getting one
Is the fridge still working?
Beautiful home Brett!
Thank you!
9.5 " sticking out but you cant count the door. Depending on the hinges of the manufacturer . im going to get the Flex after I move
Just ordered the same fridge through costco.
Holy play by play about your past fridge lives. Just tell us you love it!! So good.
Thanks Brett, your video helped me to know my new refrigerator.
How is it working now? We saw this one at the store today & are considering buying it. We don't use that much ice. Is there an option to convert it to a regular freezer?
When does the beverage center and ice maker need to be cleaned and how much hassle is it?
Question! Do the doors come off if needed during delivery and installation? The door to my kitchen is too small for the dimensions with the fridge doors but looks like it’ll fit if they can come off.
This is an eggcellent review!! 🐣🥚🍳
Water is filled fast, is making both ice, small and regular size but at my opinion super slow, like I said, I have never seen both sides of ice full or at least half way full
I just bought this same fridge but with the smart hub. I'm putting my GE profile in the garage.
How is it holding up?
Will someone do me a favor? On the Smart Things app would you go to history and count how many times it says the doors have been opened and closed. I'm not happy how the fresh food section is cooling. Samsung says we are opening the doors too often. I find that hard to believe. Especially when the doors have not been opened for hours. It was 44 degrees when I got up this morning after 4 hours of no doors being opened. Temperature is set at 34.
Ours does the same.
Did you know you can open the top panels and lock then into place by lifting the panel up and out?
Very detailed review, Thank you Brett. I am wondering can you use marker to write on the glass like a note board?
yes
watch at 19:19
Can you turn off the ice maker to make more space for frozen food in the freezer section?
Also what's the app called?
Many thanks
What does the large touch screen do what are the benefits? I read if you get the touch screen you have to buy all the panels separately? Does that mean 4 total I’m assuming?
@6:18 you mention printing printing something to help with the water dispenser. Do you have a link to the stl by chance??
I would put a couple of suction cup handles on that thing so that I could easily open it up.
@@TechWithBrett I guess you can pay extra and get stainless steel panels for the bespoke
What is it like to open the doors from a wheelchair? Or if you have hypermobile wrists? It seems that opening the doors is dependent on the angle of your arm being upward or downward, not equal with the bottom of the door. Can anyone who owns this refrigerator check this out for me? Thank you so much!
Thanks for the in depth review we really appreciate the point about the wall. Any update or new thoughts at one year?
I'm glad that info was helpful. We actually just hit 2 years and things are still working great. The snack drawer did have a stabilization piece break but it still is all functioning properly.
If I have counters on both sides do I HAVE to get counter depth? Which would be better
No. Its a choice
This will be our third refrigerator in 12 years. I’m actually excited about getting our Bespoke. While we did get the glass fronts, I love the idea of being able to change them later. Also Home Depot has them $1300 off plus’s $75 off if you get another Samsung appliance…. We got a microwave
how's it working out
I had a Kitchen Aid side by side stainless that I bought from a warehouse 10 years ago for $800.
