- Simple salmon cookery right here. Nothing over-the-top complicated, limited ingredients, proper technique, and a bit of patience. This is my #1 go-to recipe when it comes to salmon and I just can't get over how easy the flavors layer into the fish. Caramelized, zesty, savory, and packed with hearty herbs. Having lived in Anchorage, Alaska (June 1996 to February of 2000), and also falling in love salmon during that time, I can say with all honesty that Alaska IS THE BEST PLACE to get tried and true GOOD salmon! But, I wish you would list the directions for your recipes along with their cooking times, temps for the oven/broiler/grill, etc., along with the ingredients list. We need these things in the description bar for every recipe! By the way, love this! I'd LOVE to see something savory/salty/sweet with grilled watermelon, soon!

Lovely knife skills chef but, the skin; that's arguably the best & most nutritious part of the salmon, not to mention it taste darn good when fried up & crispy too... Nevertheless, great recipe chef 👌👍
