It’s breathtaking to hear a Judge not knowing the laws that govern her & her courtroom. I have to wonder how many innocent people these kangaroo courts have locked away in cages

In April, in Central Illinois, I was ticketed for speaking to my phone while driving. There was no accident, just a quota stop. I'm just a regular guy, not a lawyer. I fought the ticket. I claimed I had the first amendment right to the freedom of speech, freedom of press, right to assemble and freedom of religion (20 minutes north is an Amish community). I also pointed out Article 6 (The Supremacy Clause) and that the judge was bound to upholding the supreme law of the land. I pointed out everyone had sworn an oath to uphold the constitution. I also presented relevant sections of the Illinois constitution and the United Nations International bill of rights. I also showed how the accusing statute itself had exceptions in the statue for the first amendment, ie. does not apply to voice operated mode.
I lost. The Judge told me "they" want to treat it as dangerous as a DUI and it is on the same morality level as child phonography (I forget the exact wording). I just paid the ticket. I'm not an activist. I've spent enough of my life arguing with people.

Wow. Incredibly unfair. I'm having trouble dealing with my anger at the overall system. I'm glad heros like Lane can articulate and fight to the end.

“Fired”, no. She no longer works for the federal government as a lawyer who swore an oath to uphold the constitution and laws. Because of my videos. The judge at the end of this video thought I brought discredit to the judge. So because my wife was her law clerk, I am a problem.
As you can see the judge doesn’t even know how the law works, but I’m the bad guy. Trust me, they needed her more than she needed them. Now she will just represent people for money instead!
Imagine that, they said it wasn’t a good fit for her because I am being critical of local judges and law enforcement. Not the fact that the judges cops and prosecutors are corrupt. I am the problem!
