Under the 4th Amendment, you do NOT have to "Show Your Papers" to enter a public space.
That ID requirement is an absolute violation of the 4th. This crap has to stop.
They want comfort over your liberty, they deserve neither!
The people have a right to access their public building.. the courts shall remain open..
You know they have cameras inside watching, but the public can't, even though it is a public building.
It’s amazing how they can just state that a sign has power over one of the people, their boss, which does not cite any lawful authority. Only administrative rules and regulations for their employees, contractors and licensees.

It’s basically policy for court officers.. I tried to file a discrimination complaint but apparently it must be within 10 days. When you look up the rules, it’s for persons with an obligation to the court. The cfr I was given was the wrong one, I think they just wanted me out. It’s not even the U.S. Marshall’s that handle the security, it’s a private company they subcontract to.

You shouldn't need your ID to go into a "PUBLIC " building, that is relinquishing your 4th amendment!
So, the moral of the story is that federal buildings have rules that govern conduct, but each building can put up signs and enforce arbitrary rules that can conflict with federal regulations.

What is the federal statute he is referencing? Under what regulation does the committee get the authority to make laws? So is he saying the committee can override the FOIA laws? The FOIA laws do not require identification of the requestor.
You need to buy or get a small metal stand and then make a sign that says no colored people and bring it and set it down next to the ID sign
