Almost all subpoenas are created electronically. The tri-carbon version they gave you assumes you are filing it out by hand so as a convenience it has carbon copies to meet the legal requirement of 3 copies. Three wet signatures is not required. In your case, download the pdf version, save ten copies in different file names, fill them out and email them all together to Matt and tell him you want them served. As back up, you can then email the judge, including a copy of the email and the attachments and since it's ex-parte communication you force him to put them on the docket since he is required to post all ex-parte communications in the case file. That will piss Matt off since you are weaponizing the rules to force disclosure.
