It is something I can use om a daily basis to stay motivated and to move forward towards my goal. I am a 66 year old Afrikaans language teacher from South South that truly want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for this exceptional video.
This was so helpful and calming. I just started learning Chinese and was feeling very stressed over not being able to communicate, pronounce correctly, learn tones. This meditation made all these unrealistic expectations drop off and I now feel I can move forward in my learning in a (self)non-judgmental state of mind. Xie xie!!
I use to meditate and I really like this meditation in Chinese. Maybe after I get more familiar I also can search other meditations made for Chinese people. At my level it was understandable without much effort, maybe I just need to learn 2-3 words

What is the role of the word 起 in this sentence: 这个视频，或者音频建立起会帮你用冥想的方式让你习惯听中文，熟悉中文的句子结构。 建立means "to establish, to buid." What does 建立起 mean? It means to establish what? To build what? 起 is a verb with multiple meanings. I don't understand what role it plays in this expression and why it is needed in the sentence above. Can somebody explain?
