if i pronounce the "r" sound in Chinese like in Spanish or Arabic (the rolling r) will Chinese people understand what i say? because i really can't pronounce the chinese way

The “zhong” can be omitted. It’s the full version of “o’clock”. Like you can say “san dian zhong” or simply say “san dian”
