I think that this 一下 is the same as 一下子, which means "suddenly", and appears before the verb. So this 一下 is the same as the sentence's 突然, which also means "suddenly". ( I find that in Chinese, it's not unusual to state the same thing two times with different words. )
The translation in 1:09/14:15 我对他不感冒 (wǒ duì tā bù gǎnmào) should be: I'm NOT interested in him.
