Wow the baby assassin bugs are absolutely stunning, and the white dots on the adults are so beautiful! The babies look like little flower buds from afar ❤️ I love watching your videos and training my brain to stop being auto-afraid of these lil non-creepy crawlies!

Congrats Dave! Good to see your bugs are breeding. Get ready for literally hundreds of the little blighters! Mine took about 8-9 months to produce the next generation. It's very interesting that you didn't have success keeping them arboreally. Both my white spot and horrida are kept arboreally and they have bred so prolifically that I cannot give them away fast enough! Mine just dump their eggs on the substrate. Under the substrate. On the cork bark... Basically anywhere. At one point this year I think I had about 350 horrida... I almost couldn't breed enough roaches and crickets fast enough for them! The terrestrial set-up looks good as well and I can see why it works. Perhaps I will try it at some point. Assassin bugs are awesome! Greetings from Norway :)

Hi Dave and Camera Lady! Repticon was great fun and a even more fun with my older granddaughter and her bf. Spent more than I should...lol. Bought myself a GBB 1 inch sling and she is a beauty! Also I got a lovely juvenile b. emilia who has a serious attitude problem, but she'll settle down soon enough in her enclosure. The i bought the cutest little Pac-man frog with a voracious appetite.
T.albo babies doing well in the incubator and I think I already lined up a buyer for them. He was excited since my t.albo is Nicaraguan species not the Honduran hobby form.
Repticon was not at all crowded due to the covid restrictions they had set up. Had to buy tickets online and show them on your phone at the door. Masks a must and time was limited to two hours. But two hours was just fine as the people didn't push or shove and the number of people was only about 75 or so. And it was a lovely day as well.
Be well you two and be safe.
