Why is everyone hating on Lena ? She is so sweet! Really? He is an extremely accomplished, prestigious colorist, and so much more! Someone of his standing in the hair industry normally doesn’t tolerate a client to just forget their appointment, they just let the client go. That’s precious time he could’ve spent working on another client, or the various other things he works on like his brand for example. Think about how many thousands of people would give anything to get their hair done by him and she obviously took that for granted, she didn’t seem too remorseful about forgetting. But because he’s such a kind person, and if I’m not mistaken they are friends outside of the salon, he gave her another chance. So I don’t think he’s out of line putting her on the spot about that. The least she could’ve done if she couldn’t make it was to call or take his call and own up to it instead of hiding behind a text, she’s not a child. She also agreed to have this filmed and posted, so...🤷🏼♀️

I would still go to him even if I felt uncomfortable because of his reputation, how difficult it is to get an appointment, and how well he does my hair lol it wouldn’t meant I didn’t feel uncomfortable if I were her

I love you Guy, but I feel like you put her on the spot a lot. I used to be really shy and I still am a little, whenever someone did that to me I couldn't help to focus on my shyness since the other person was. I feel really bad for shy people because not only are they really shy but they're constantly getting judged for it.

It's not even that she's shy. She could have social anxiety - you can't just tell a shy person to get over it. Do you tell a depressed/suicidal person to get over it? No. So don't tell a shy person to get over it because that's not how it works.
Jay Large well for me that worked. I used to be super shy when I was younger until I decided to finally do what I wanted without worrying what other people would think or say. It was hard but it worked out for me. Being shy is definitely not like depression

Bobbi Hammons Bobbi, you’re spot on about what you said about stylists being so secretive and hautie, and many not wanting to share their knowledge. My very first boss, at my very first salon taught me so much about how to communicate and share with other stylists, because she said you will always learn from everyone, even when the only thing they have to teach, is something negative. Her words have never been wrong, and I’ve always tried to be the kind of person she would still be proud of, if I was still in her salon.

I thought it was hair dye stain since it's common with hair stylists but it's in odd and same spots
I feel it's one thing to tell your clients that yes what you're doing to your hair is damaging it more and if you want to keep this color than you have to do a,b and c. However putting her on the spotlight on camera in front of millions of people I feel like is embarrassing and I don't think anyone would want to be put in her spot right now.
