Its been a long minute since I've uploaded..just going though some stuff and be really busy with some things but going to be getting back to my vlogs! Also follow me on TIK TOK if you love keto friendly/ low card recipes or even all kinds of good foods since I share both..Casa DE Garcia
Flan Ingredients
2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
1 Heavy whipping cream
6 eggs
dash of salt ( I use pink salt)
1/2 cup sweetener alternative of choice..I use monk fruit
2 tsp vanilla extract
Carmel- Allulose sweetener
Toppings- Optional
whip cream
berries of choice ..I sliced up one big strawberry
you also want a pie dish or cake pan for flan and a roaster type pan so you can cook in a water bath,
325 for 50 minutes

Next time that you burn a finger or any skin of you body tried to put for 30 min minimum a cooler while part of the egg , the best skin specialist from my country recommend it, you’ll never get any bumps, nothing. A few days ago I wrap a pan from the oven with my hand, that was hot like 400 degree and I did put my hands and a container with a lot white part of many eggs for around 30 min , just when I start feeling the burning get another cooler eggs, that it’s the best treatment for the simple burn not when the skin is open

The blender is handy to mix everything at once. I wonder if I could use evaporated milk?

Wierd tip...use mustard on a burn. It works about as well as selvadine that I had to get at the hospital one time (grill backflash)..i had 2nd and 3rd degree burns covering my right hand.

each piece like 2-3 but then depends on if you add toppings :)
What brand of allulose did you use for this recipe?

For the Carmel thats the one I would reccomend .. I’ve tried others and one come out as good
Can you use Spenda in the recipe?
I’m sure you can , I personally don’t like the aftertaste Splenda has... I prefer Monkfruit or swerve. Tastes most like sugar
