    Don’t use metal to stir in nonstick pans. It’s bad for the nonstick coating. Ceramic coating too.

    Allulose is the closest sugar substitute that actually TASTES like sugar and thankfully, it doesn't spike insulin! Love that stuff but it's just so expensive still

      Warning: Allulose is giving MANY people terrible diarrhea and stomach aches..so PLEASE be careful with this sweetener! I avoid it and stick to other sweeteners like Erythritol and Stevia.

    My caramelized monk fruit sweetener got crunchy when I put it in the fridge for two hours, should I have added butter? I’m just reading that now in comments if you don’t use allulose. Not sure why it’s not syrupy like yours.
