I just got mine today. Added the MCarbo spring kit and this trigger. What an amazing difference. I had a little bit of bad machining on the tube that holds the trigger in the frame, from ruger, not Galloway. A very fine diamond file took off the little shelving and the trigger slid on easy. Very recommended.
I installed the Peacekeeper trigger in two Ruger LCPs while watching this video. The video was easy to follow. The camera setup was clear and easily showed the detail of various parts of the intstallation. Your armorer, Brandon, gave a great play-by-play of the process. The result was a successful install on both pistols. Thank you for the improved trigger and this instructional video.
I'm having a problem with this trigger! The trigger will not slide over the trigger pivot. The hole is too small. Maybe the finish on the trigger is too thick but there's no way it slide over it. Can you assist me with a solution please?
I cannot seem to get the trigger to drop when setting the bottom trigger screw backed out. Even reassembled with the factory trigger on my dash lcp and it worked fine. At a loss. Update. Tech support through emails [sucked] did not help. I finally realized the trigger pin and the back of trigger were not making clearance with the housing. Had to file alot fore and aft and now trigger cycles action. Design and QC issue with Galloway. Shouldn't have to file housing. This was a 3 hour job, happy now with trigger, but still.
Installed flat face model into my LCP Custom for fun but can't adjust screws yet since GP doesn't include hex wrench -- and it's one very tiny hex wrench.
I would like to get this trigger but there is a lot of people having the same problem with the screws. Does anyone know if they fixed this problem? Thanks
So yes the included 4-40 5/16 post travel screw does fit but since there was very little mass left in the threads I couldn't get the Loctite to set. I went with a 4-40 7/16 set screw and it works perfectly in my LCP Custom.
I read that the previous sweet pea worked in the kel tec p3at. Does this fit the p3at or p32? I purchased a stainless recoil spring guide rod and 13lb spring for my mom's p32. It made a world of difference. I would love to get her one of these and the hammer spring.
We've designed the Peacemaker/Peacekeeper (sorry we had changed the name) to work in both the dashed and non-dashed versions of the original LCP. Thanks for checking.
@GallowayPrecision right ec9s. I just Google aegis short stroke trigger. But rather have the sweet pea. Can u restock the RTK SWEET PEA I and III Triggers for Ruger LCP on your website???? Please 🙏 I've looked high and low left and right for the RTK SWEET PEA I and III Triggers for Ruger LCP Pistols... and no luck 😪
I purchased this kit and I’m in the process of install and the trigger pivot pin isn’t even close to fitting in the hole that’s in the trigger. Did I get sent the wrong trigger or do I need to modify this one to make the hole bigger?
Had same problem, took it all apart and worked it in and out over and over and used needle nose pliers to work it in. Once it get started it goes in easy. Taking it apart is just as difficult.
amazon has all this stuff. look for basic hook and pick set, roll pin punch set, hex key set that has super tiny keys, and swappable face mini mallet. all good stuff to keep around the house. oh yeah and small tube of loc-tite.
The pull weight is not changed. This is a Short Stroke Trigger upgrade that gives you the shortest stoke possible by eliminating the maximum of excess travel. Assists in keeping you on target and decreasing follow up shot times.
Any idea when the semi-flat in black will be available again? Also would you recommend the reduced power hammer spring in conjunction with this trigger?
Once I have everything installed, the trigger doesn’t want to pull all the way back like it’s stuck. I ended up installing the factory trigger back the same exact way and it works. Is this me or is this the trigger?
Just installed one of these new triggers in my shitty LCP this afternoon. Just followed these instructions and had to go buy a cheap set of hooks and some needle nose pliers. Have not shot it yet but I guarantee you this new trigger feels 100 times better! Maybe now my bullets will not nosedive into the ground five feet in front of me!
I'm sorry but your video is very hard to follow and you move way to fast. in some parts you dont even show what you are doing your just sticking punches in the frame. Doesnt make since. Plus why do you guys make the back hex screw so short? It needs to be atleast 3 to 4 threads longer. You would thank with all these same request that you guys would fix these issues.
I know they replace aftermarket parts and replace them with OEM parts... but for them to keep the aftermarket parts is THEFT! It don't matter if they're doing it out of spite or because of safety reasons, they have no authority of any kind to keep a person's property. Also don't matter if it's a cheap $5.00 part, a $10-20 part (like a connector) or a $200 part (like a high end trigger)... and because of the cost of the parts and the insane amount of parts it's not just MANY small thefts, but is definitely felony level theft (like grand larceny, 1st degree theft or whatever each specific state calls their felony theft).
Speak slower and show the area working on slower. You are going WAY too fast for people who are on here because they need assistance. I had to use 3/4 speed to figure out where you are working and what you are saying.
Ordered last week got it today installed in about 10 minutes, real improvement .
Thanks GallowayPrecision

Great video. I ordered the peacemaker and used this video to install. What a difference. Was definitely worth it
Thank you for the feedback. Glad you like the results and the video was helpful.
Just to be clear, This trigger will work on the Ruger LCP Max .380 acp. Thank you. Great instructional video.
I seen on their website that for other variants such as the lcp 2 and max it's a different part number

God Bless America, and God Bless Trumpy Bear, and Galloway precision!
I think I will oil everything on reassembly since I have it broke down this far...TNX for the vid Galloway!
Glad you found it helpful.
Great video
12:24 oh shit dude has the Rona!!!
Yeah, this was 11 months ago when people were still wondering what they had.
great video thank you.

Geebroni I had a similar issue.
Work for LCP II…? Plz let me know; thanks!

.050 SAE allen wrench is very common, and we sell them on the website as well, plus I list it in the video under tools needed.
GallowayPrecision So a .050 allen wrench is common for gunsmithing? Heh umm okay.

Looks like included screws will work in my LCP Custom but am waiting for hex wrench to arrive before I can confirm.

Will the Galloway Peacekeeper trigger work on a early Ruger LCP 1 with the dash of the serial code?
We've designed the Peacemaker/Peacekeeper (sorry we had changed the name) to work in both the dashed and non-dashed versions of the original LCP. Thanks for checking.
Can you get one that doesnt have those ugly screws sticking out ?
so i just installed my peacekeeper on my lcp no dash. and the stop screw will fallout before it touched the frame. the take up screw works.
Swap the post travel screw to the top and the pre travel to the bottom.
@@GallowayPrecision i tried that, the pre travel is about half the length of the post travel.
@@wt8826
Just buy one from a parts store. Probably 1 dollar.
Will the custom trigger work for es9c ruger ????
If you are referring to the EC9s, we have the Aegis Short Stroke Trigger for that. Sorry I can't post a link due to UA-cam's policy on firearms.

WILL THE RUGER LCP TRIGGER WORK FOR THE LCP MAX
No, the Peacemaker is for the original LCP only. We do offer the Sigurd Max for that pistol.

@@theblishknovk -Thanks, I'll check those out. I got the kit a few weeks ago but its just been sitting on a shelf.
where can i get the extended magazine shown in this video?
Sorry, that version is no longer in production.
@@GallowayPrecision bummer it looks so slick xD
Great video, thanks for doing this.
You think this same trigger work for a lc9?
Is not the same trigger?
It will NOT work on the LC9, completely different pistols.
Ok thank you so much
Have great day

Desire lcp 2 from GP 🙏
My trigger pivot is too big to go through Trigger. Any suggestions?
Same with me! Did you ever find what was going on?
What magazine or magazine extension do you have equipped in this video?
Ours.

Do these triggers work on the LCP II?
No, only the LCP.
This is brilliant. I am considering picking up an LCP and this might just do the trick. Do you have any in stock?
Dont
Any idea when the semi-flat in black will be available again? Also would you recommend the reduced power hammer spring in conjunction with this trigger?
They are being run as we speak, and yes but only if you have a dash serial number.
@@GallowayPrecision why is that?
Will it work on the 380
It is a 380 lol

It seems a little stiffer. I thought it was jamming too, but you just need to pull harder near the end of the trigger pull.
@@leespuhler1797 It was stiff at first, it really smooths out after use.
