Rammstein is just on a different level. I've seen them a few times, and there's absolutely nothing in the world like them.
I remember in the 70s when ELP and Yes would have huge shows with a lot of stage props and equipment which led to a backlash with the pub rock genre led by Dr Feelgood and later punk rock genre to go back to basics. Alice Cooper would have snakes and electric chairs on stage. Even with Genesis on their The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway tour with the strange costumes Peter Gabriel wore including dressing up as a sperm cell. Now it's going back that way again but writ large.

If you want to see burning Baby dolls you have to look for a performance of the Song "Spieluhr". I think in 2011 or around that time they used to have a burning baby doll for that song ^^ At least my parents told me that when they went to one of their shows in Germany while i was in Australia and could not believe that my parents were going to their show :D
I saw these dudes live back in 98 on KORNs Family Values Tour. I was high on LSD for that show and Rammstein stole the show. I immediately purchased their album the next day, I was 16 and that show changed my life. I became a musician and a music producer because of that show
saw them in jersey this past september, had fire zone tickets so i was right up there, best live performance ive ever seen, and ive been to hundreds of shows.
I've been to well over a hundred shows and REALLY want to see Rammstein.... But they've never come whenever near me. So far, Slipknot is the best live performance that I've seen.

Back in the mid 2000's I worked with several "support" bands for Rammstein on tour. We spent weeks together backstage and the recent allegations against Till does not compare to what I've experienced over a few years. After I stoped working as a sound engineer, I've gone to school and are now a defense attorney, Till may or may not have done something wrong, but let evidence decide, not hearsay :)

There are many girls (several dozen, not just like 2 or 3 girls) that say something about getting drugged and sexually abused by Till in secret aftershow parties. Of courese nothing is proven yet and this sounds horrible, I really just hope this is all not true. Afterall I like the band and their concerts are fire! So I just refuse to believe it at the moment, but I want it to be investigated to confirm. They can't just let it stand like that.
