    Shoulder impingement means a crowding in the shoulder,
    many times I get people impingement, needing solitary rest and peace.

    sr please make a video on the topic of numbness and weakness in leg. its symptoms , its cure , its cares and about its exact exercises. i have numbness , tingling and weakness in my left leg . dr says to me that my spines are compressed and there is narrow space for nerve canal to pass from them. plz sr i am very worry. i am 27 year old and get in indulge in this problm drom 3 year. this problm distrb my daily routine a looot.

    I would love a video addressing full thickness tears with retraction, both shoulders in my case. Very little info available on this.

    Sir, i have back pain, mri shows mild disc bulge l4 l5 & l5 s1 & lumbarization of s1 vertebral body, can i do this?     I have to ask I'm almost 440 and lost some weight recently but I pulled my back and now I can't walk and my right leg is numb went to the doctor they're saying I probably have a mad nerve in my lower back do you have any suggestions that could possibly get me walking again 🤷🏾‍♂️🙏🏾

    Wish people would stop making videos on supposed ways to resolve impingement. Stretching will not fix it unless it was caused by and injury. In that case its rehab to get back to where you were. True impingement requires surgery and even then its not always successful.

      @@christopherflynn843 research has showed that that impingement either doesn’t happen or even if it does it doesn’t correlate with pain. That’s why in the UK the surgery that used to be done for it (ASAD) has be decommissioned in large parts of the country.

    How to do the Jeff Cavaliere "Face pulls" on your bed:
    1 - Lay on your belly on your bed, with your head and shoulders overhanging the end of the bed.
    2 - Get two light dumbells (5kg each) or just two water bottles.
    3 - place the dumbells on the floor in front of your face. Pick them up and lift them ither side of your face, with your thumbs pointed outwards.
