    Having neglected mobility for decades I was "woken up" by a friend of my age who had two hip replacements. So this is exactly what I need to get some stiffness out of this old body to avoid the same fate. Thanks a lot. I commit to doing these exercises really regularly.

    I hate getting injured. You realize how even the simplest motions we take for granted. Sometimes you'll never be the same even after you've recovered 😞

      You’re right in that you won’t be the same again, that’s one of the hardest things to accept. But recognize you are still worthy and capable despite this injury.

      And sometimes you will. Anything worth doing is rarely easy. I have had to recover from 4 different major surgeries and I'm in process 4. My mobility is now absolute crap and I have glute amnesia and some kind of dyskinesia in my rhomboids. I didn't even know that was a thing but after a year of recovery, I have a lot of work ahead

    omg, you are a superwoman, every movement made me wince in pain. although i do plan to try some of the lighter movements, i would need another lifetime to do the entire routine just like you.

      stay within your range of comfort. the only keys are to keep moving and go for quality, not quantity. remember, motion is lotion.

    I didn't realize this until now...I don't stretch my quads when I do my pre-workout stretching. Need to incorporate those stretches into that warmup.

    I few good ones that I'm going to try and incorporate into my morning and evening routine, but quite a few that would probably destroy lumbar spine (bad arthritis), which is sad because I was doing most of them daily up until a year ago. Then I want from 50 to 80 in the course of a few months, and it's been downhill ever since.
