Simply fantastic. A small correction . You had mentioned the slabs like 200-101 = 99. However I feel you have to add +1. because the preveious slab is up to 100. next slab starts at 101. So 99 unit means you had missed one unit. So it should be 99+1=100. though it is a small mistake you might have missed out but I hope every one understands it. One small correction :
It is
100 - 200 = 100 and not 99
200 - 500 = 300 and not 299
500 - 700 = 200 and not 199.
It is not
101 - 200 = 99
201 - 500 = 299
501 - 700 = 199.
Because your total consumption is 700 units. But if you add (99+299+199), it comes to 597 and if you add the free unit of 100 to 597, it comes to 697 ; but we should get 700.
