@@zimknxckb4ck for the first question, Frost and Caitlin used to share the same body after some weird experiment shtick created Frost in Caitlin’s Psyche. Then after Season 3’s quarrels and remunerations in Season 4, Frost got Mental Blocked by Devoe and Caitlin spend from Season 4 episode 19 to Season 5 episode 5 trying to find Frost again, and they’d work together until Season 7 when Mirror Monarch blasted Frost with a Mirror Gun which had some tech to help create a body for Frost. Then they ended up splitting because of that. And they treated each other like sisters since Season 5. Then in Season 8, Frost died beating Deathstorm and Caitlin died trying to resurrect her and in those attempts, created Khione.
@@zimknxckb4ck and for the second question, Mark got consumed by his Grief after Khione was created and after some attempts to force Khione to be what she was not, he decided to leave and face his trauma after losing Frost, since she was his girlfriend and he loved her with all his heart.

Doesn't it seem odd that Khione's power is the same color as the teleportation back to 2020? Is Khione involved? Maybe not the present Khione. It's just weird and clever. It might be a red herring but then why take the time to develop her character when it's the final season? I can't help but think there is a connection there. I guess Barry vanishes from crisis in a different way and sooner then expected. I mean in the original timeline, Barry vanishes in crisis in 2024. This is 2023. It seems to be a coincidence that each time Iris was going to write a newspaper, it seems to connect to Barry vanishing in crisis in a different way. This time, Barry's way of vanishing in crisis only to go to year 2000 happened due to that blue crystal. In the original timeline, Barry Batman, Atom, and other heroes were involved in a fight which was stated in a newspaper in that 2024 newspaper.

Yes you're right about the tiredness and the aches and stuff, but usually in other shows if a female character is pregnant you would see it and more and not as that, Iris wasn't complaining about her pregnancy before hand, but now she is it doesn't make any sense to me, why is she complaining just now.

She's like an amalgamation of various attempts at bringing people back to life First Frost became Hell Frost, and then absorbs Deathstorm, and the dies, and then Caitlin uses that DNA to try to bring her back, and THEN tachyons are used to fully create her.
