I'm 6'7" and started my journey at 160 lbs. Hit the gym hard 5 days a week for a month. Using whole milk, I drank 2 shakes of the chocolate a day with a table spoon of PB powder and worked my way up to 180 lbs (1/2 WAY TO MY GOAL OF 200!!!). This stuff works for sure! However, you need to know your metabolism and plan your meals accordingly. I have a super high metabolism, so I needed the extra fats and proteins that come in whole milk. However, it does make the shake extremely rich in flavor, so it takes some getting used to. Especially if you are not that into sweet tasting things to begin with.
IF YOU DO DO THIS MAKE SURE YOU WORK YOUR ASS OFF IN THE GYM A MINIMUM OF 3 DAYS A WEEK! Or you will start to get pugy

Yo just a quick tip on protein powders, know which type that you have. So the difference between concentrate vs isolate is quite different. Whey isolate absorption rate is higher than that of whey concentrate.

Taking this bulk gainer. I put on 40lbs in over a year. I was going to the gym at least 5xs/week. My only problem was I wasn’t doing abs. At my lowest I was 160lbs. I’m 190lbs now. At my highest I was 202lbs. That’s after I stopped taking it. Now I want it back. TAKE 1/2 THE SERVING SIZE. If it says take 6scoops only take 3. OR Take 2scoops 3xs per day. But I’ve realized it’s just easier to take 3scoops/twice a day plus you’re eating real food on top of that.

If you don’t want to put on that much weight just use one scoop. Divide that scoop from the serving size, and you’ll see that it’s not that much calories. The weight gain will mostly come from your calorie intake. So if you don’t consume a lot of calories you won’t gain that much weight

I would definitely continue to do ab workouts , and to keep a flat stomach while putting on more muscle/mass, you have to have a clean bulk diet. No sweets, no fatty foods none of that

I’m 138 pounds and 6ft, just started using it and have been trying to figure out how many scoops I need to use daily. My goal is 3500 calories a day with at least 150g of protein a day. I usually wake up late so never have breakfast. One of these in the morning is my go to now. Usually 2 scoops in like 16-18oz whole milk. I don’t have a problem or feel bloated. Fart hella though 😂.

Diabetes runs in my family I've lucky not to get it should i take then in a more stricter way to avoid the high sugar rate and another question can you use this with pre workout and creatine

You should discuss with a doctor. Because sometimes a lot of the ingredients that aren’t clearly labeled sugar are sugars or complex cards that will affect insulin levels

You’re typically fine but it’s important to look at the reviews and see how much it’s used. The cancer warning is more of a disclaimer that other products could make its way into the powder when made which typically doesn’t happen at quality facilities. I doubt pro will cause anything

When you want to put on weight, and build a lot of muscle mass, your calorie intake has to increase. so while taking this protein you must also eat a lot of food as well lifting weights

So I tried this once, JUST TO TASTE. Never used this to gain weight BUT I put my friend on this protein while we were working out together - and the results were insane and he didn’t even eat that much. He was consistently drinking the protein and was still able to put on about +15lbs.
as long as you are consistently drinking this and eating real food on top of it, you will gain weight. If you want to gain muscle mass I recommend you lift weights while using this protein.

No, It wouldn’t be ideal , there’s other proteins out there that’s better nutrition wise. I have a couple reviews on my channel.
Although you could still try , you would just have to factor in the daily calories that you take in while using this protein.

I got that same exact size. The 7lb tub says 6 scoops
Some tubs say 6 scoops and some say 4, I’ve been buying these for years, the scoop cups are the same size because I keep them. Most likely it’s an error and I think 4 scoops is the right amount
@@greenmoose376 that worries me because that can really mess some people up like myself on calorie intake. 😑 mine says 6 scoops and the most i can drink is 2 scoops at a time without it feeling like it's too much
@@R.Marcel94 I talked to a gnc agent online and in store and both said the accurate amount for 1340 calories is 4 scoops and anything saying otherwise is incorrect

Now am good 2 scoop & 16 OZ am going to drink it with milk 🥛 1 during the morning & 1 before bed 🛌 that will make it the 4 scoop
How old do you need to be to take this?!?
There’s not an age limit really , just make sure you’re active if you’re a youngin so you don’t get fat
