Don’t forget to take rest days seriously. 6 times a week should mean same volume but spread out. More work doesn’t always mean more gains if you overwork and don’t let your body rest. GL guys I’m trying this bulk product I hope it helps

I’m at the same exact spot. I work out every day with a rest day occasionally and I’ve been at the same place for a while and it is very hard to eat a lot of calories but it’s definitely improved drinking these shakes

Eating is hardest part for me too. I started going to gym meet some great guy now friends, gym has now became a socializing activity having fun lifting weight. But eating most of cooking alone is really tough.

You could definitely add that in. Try adding ice cream too. Or for dinner you can double up on your meals, like 2 chicken breast, 2 salmon filets etc.

hey bro, i was on the GNC super mass gainer and didn’t really see results and wanted to try this out and this video pretty much sold me. when im taking the 2 scoops, how many Oz of milk/water do i use? am i still using 24oz of water/milk with just 2scoops?
You could use whatever it says on the container, and if you want to use more you can, more milk means more calories so it won’t hurt you in that case since you’re trying to put on mass
Buy powered peanuts butter 2 tea spoons
2 scoops of wuey protein
2 bananas
Add 3-6 oz or milk or water to make the shake less thick
Oatmeal 2 packs of it those single packing ones. With variety of flavors your choice.
Place some frozen berries to fulllfill the rest.
All this should get you 1500-1800 calories in ( bullet blender ) also i like to throw in a raw egg and feel like a body builder haha.

So the directions say to get the full benefits of the protein you must take 2scoops in the morning and another 2scoops at night. You can blend it with ice cream to add more calories and make it into a milkshake, or you can blend it with milk. To gain weight you need to eat about 4000 calories with this protein on top. And lift heavy

bro I just got the vanilla big 12lb bag yesterday, is there anyway I can make it taste better because it is nasty as hell.
