Thanks for this video bro. I'm 5'8 and weighed 130 lbs a month and a half ago. Now I'm 145 thanks to heavy weightlifting and the bulk 1340. My goal is to get to 160.

So I will say your video helped out but my question for you is I have the gnc whey protein and then I have the bulk 1340 should I take the bulk 1340 and the whey protein or put the whey protein away and work with the bulk 1340 to properly bulk!? I’d appreciate the feedback

@@ImDezi i ended up getting a different brand of weight gain powder. I was staying on top of making the smoothies for a while then fell off. Stomach must be too sensitive to it.

Should I take 2 scoops a day so it’ll last longer or should I go with the recommended amount with 4 scoops a day and will taking 2 scoops a day still let me gain weight?
Yeah bro 2 scoops will be good starting off, you can even do two shakes a day that way morning/night. Eventually you’ll stomach will grow and be able to handle 4 scoops

@@alexmarroquin8367 2 scoops in morning and 2 scoops at night.. im fairly small and i use one scoop for oatmeal for breakfast and then 3 scoops at night. still works good just make sure to blend good
Yo I got the cookies and cream one today, I’m confused on the serving size are you supposed to put a literal 6 scoops in the cup? Because the scoops are pretty big for 24 ounces it would be so thick but it says 6 scoops for 24 ounces is good🤷♂️

Yes all 6 if you want to get the full effect. It’s a little thick but it’s not supposed to be thin like water.
how soon before a workout should you eat? do you recommend any supplements ? amino acids ? etc?
Kayla Hayes It all depends on how your body feels. Some people eat right before some people can’t eat at all. Try different routines to see which works best. I always recommend natural vitamins and glutamines for recovery
as someone who uses this id say Dont eat in general without 30ish mins atleast between workout because all the blood and energy in your body is pushing to digest food you might get away with it for a couple workouts but youll feel weaker pver time juss let it digest first you will be happier with the results
Drink a gallon of water a day, creatine mono hydrate, EAAs or BCAA, ALWAYS protein wether it’s from the 1340 or Whey or whatever always protein. And after your workout you should be eating big calories lots of protein meals. Your body is going straight from fatigue mode to recovery mode in just 1-2 hours after a workout and you need to feed the beast

Nah man just make 2 shakes a day with 2 scoops each. I take mine in the morning after my breakfast and at night after my dinner. I mix with a cup of oats, spinach, honey, cinnamon, peanut butter and almond milk. In 4 months, have gained over 20 lbs 💯

It definitely ain’t 4. I’ve been taking one scoop a day with chocolate milk and I’ve gained weight the first two weeks. I’d say do one in morning and one and night. But definitely NOT 4 scoops. That’s too much

I would try to eat at least 4 times a day plus having my shake. So 3 basic meals you’d usually eat then trying to fit one more in along with the shake

Just read the label each protein is different. It’s 50g of protein 4 scoops
25g per 2 scoops for this specific protein. Some have 25G every scoop!
