Thanks for this video. You saved me! I tried undoing the hot water line and turning the tap half way to try to clean it out but I couldn't get any clog to come out. Never thought of restricting the flow to force it out like that. Worked instantly 👌. Thanks again.

My kitchen faucet only gets cold water when the hot is running too, I get nothing if I turn on the cold by itself. This problem only started when my water line was moved about five feet down the wall. Any ideas?? This is beyond my expertise. Thank you in advance.
Right now I'm dealing with a bathroom sink that has low cold water pressure... but the nozzle underneath won't move either direction I don't know if it's rusted out or some other reason for this.. the hot water nozzle will move but either direction doesn't seem to affect the water flow at all which is weird... I would like to try and figure this out and fix it please help I want the cold water to be high pressure like the hot is.

I guess you're blocking the flow into the sink with the green towel, eh?! And I guess the gunk that came out in the bucket cleared the hot water line and fixed the problem. Right? Right.

Or was it the black wash rag and you used it to block the faucet flow??? 95% of the rest of us don't have trendoid rectangular faucets like that, so explain to us what you mean by "put a restriction on it." Oh yah, ya' know?
He blocked the tap (outlet) itself💦 - ie prevented water coming out the tap - while turning the flow on to mixed... done to force the water back up through the faucet and down out through the disconnected hot water inlet into the bucket.... Sort of cleaning out the hot waters route in reverse....

Wow that fixed my cold water hardly flowing. Took a minute but it blew a rubber piece out of the line that tore off from the shut off valve.

I have this issue with the hot tap’s flow being weak but it’s single tap not a mixer. How do I blast the rubbish out of that anyone please?
I had to take the top part of the faucet handle off and had rubber pieces inside the handle mechanism
