They claimed they mailed a notice to my relative’s house but I don’t believe it because the mail was being forwarded and everything else came. I never received an email or phone call although they had this information. I found out when I called them to renew the insurance. Then I had to call them again a few days after paying them because they hadn’t bothered to email me the POI. So glad to be done with them.

I don’t get it. In Ontario Canada it is compulsory to have insurance. 5000-25000 for a FIRST offence.
