    Two yolks.
    25g of milk.
    5g of vanilla extract.

    This is a great recipe, I recommend not mixing the batter too much or blending it since then it would be runny and wouldn't be fluffy

    I just made these today, turned out not as thick but they were hell'a fluffy and soft, and has that nice golden brown colour 😍😘THANK YOU FOR THIS RECIPE

      If you add a short teaspoon of protein powder (egg white or milk), it'll help keep the bubbles in the batter.
      Can also add a pinch of baking powder so it create a bit more bubbles during the cooking.

    Just tried this a few minutes ago and it turned out fluffy!, I loved the taste but my parents hogged a lot so I got one bite but I made some more so I can eat it myself would recommend everyone to try out!

      @@elainevan3484 I recently made them and used all purpose flour. Mine were thick but not tall as you see in the video. I think it’s best you use cake flour!

    Hello. I cannot get the creamy solid of the mixture of meringue and batter. When I put batter in, it becomes yellow and liquide so the thing cannot hold still in the pan and it becames flat. :( Is it becuase I need to mix them quickly?

    I made and I could taste the flavor of eggs that I couldn't eat it. It was like I was eating eggs and didn't like the taste at all (I did exactly what you said). The next problem is my pancakes were not fluffy and didn't puff and that made me disappointed :( I tried again and this time my pancake burnt on one side. I was so excited before cooking this bc I do love this kind of pancakes but now Idk what I should do to cook as you do.

    I tried this recipe but my pancakes burn even though I cook them on the lowest flame and 2 minutes each side. But still they burn, today I tried them second time and they turned out horrible. They burnt. Please tell me why do my pancakes burn.

      Oh, you must have been upset because it burned down even though you made it hard.
      I'll tell you the reasons for my failure first.
      1. Did you use the perfect lid?
      Souffle pancakes are cooked over low heat 🌟 Steam 🌟.
      The pot lids are all standardized, so if it's the size, a lot of steam will be drained and the side and top are not fully cooked, so the cake might have turned off.
      If you're using a lid, close the hole in the pot lid with wet tissue.
      2. Turn the heat to low heat.
      If you have strong, medium, or low heat, try baking it over low heat.
      (It's not a button to control the heat. Look at it with your eyes and control it.)
      3. Bake it in a preheated pan.
      4. Grill it for 4 minutes and see if it's cooked well. Please decide whether to grill it more or not.
      5. The well-baked souffle starts to turn off as soon as it gets off the pan.
      So when I filmed the video, I put cream on the plate and cut it, but the last video was turned off.
      6. If you flip it over, it might be because the batter is cooked.
      The dough is so soft that it's like that in my video, too.
      Souffle cake is a difficult dessert to make, so it's sold a lot at specialty stores.
      I've made a lot of trials and errors in making the dough, but it's amazing that you made it.
      I hope you try it as I told you and succeed.

      It will burn although the you put it on the lowest flame if the Pan is thin ! You have to use the thickest pan .

    Чтобы тесто не опускалось можно поставить маленькую миску с водой, тогда не нужно будет постоянно открывать крышку. Или можно просто через отверстие в крышке шприцом подливать воду.

    저도 영상처럼 만드는데 늘 실패합니다 어떤점이 문제인가요? 수플레 반죽은 늘 잘 만드는데 항상 굽는 과정에서 실패해요.. 가스버너를 사용하고 스쿱으로 두툼하게 올려주고 굽는데 5분정도 굽고 뒤집으려고 하면 잘 익지않거나 조금만 불을 올려도 금새 타버려서 마지막엔 수플레가 푹 꺼져서 납작해져있어요 뒤집었을때 항상 반죽이 밀리구요..ㅠㅠ 왜 그런건가요?

      제가 생각하는 실패 원인들 부터 말해볼께요
      1, 딱맞는 뚜껑을 사용하셨나요?
      수플레 팬케익은 밑불과 🌟스팀🌟으로 익히는 케익입니다
      냄비 뚜껑들은 다 규격화 되어있어 크기기 같다면 맞긴하기만 수증기가 많이 빠져나가서 옆면, 윗면이 익지 않아 케익이 푹 꺼졌을수도 있어요
      (너무 많이 익어도 덜 익어도 꺼질수있어요)
      ➡️있는 뚜껑을 사용하신다면 뚜껑의 구멍을 물에 적신 키친타올로 막아주세요
      혹시 구입하실꺼라면 다이소에서 5천원에 여러 크기에 사용할수잇는 뚜껑을 팔더라구요
      제껀 쿠팡에서 구입했습니다.
      2. 불은 약한불로 해주세요
      강, 중, 약 불이 있으면 약불이나 아주 약한불 정도로 굽워보세요
      (불을 세기는 조절 버튼이 아니고 눈으로 보고 조절해주세요)
      3. 충분히 예열 된 팬에서 구워주세요
      4. 굽는 시간은 우선 4분 정도 굽고 잘 익었나 보고 더 구울지 그만 구울지 판단해주세요
      5. 잘 구워진 수플레 케익도 팬에서 내리는 순간부터 꺼지기 시작합니다
      그래서 저도 영상 찍을때 접시에 올리자 마자 바로 크림올리고 자르는데도 마지막 영상을 처음보다 꺼져있어요
      6. 뒤집었을때 밀리는건 반죽이 좀 덜익어서 일수도 있지만
      반죽이 워낙 부드러워서 제 영상에서도 그렇답니다
      수플레 케익은 만들기 까다로운 디저트라 전문점에서 많이 판매하는 케익입니다
      저는 반죽을 성공하는데도 여러번 시행착오가 있었는데 반죽은 성공하셨다니 참 대단 하세요
      제가 말해드린데로 해보시고 꼭 성공 하셨으면 합니다
