@@yasueyoum1631 I actually attempted making it 3 times at home for fun, managed to make it look like the product but the texture was nowhere close to the ones from that cafe I tried in Japan. It's on a whole other level

@@sabrinamd96 yeahh I tried it a couple of times and although it was tasty it completely deflated when I took it out of the pan :((
The first pancake always goes wrong. I think the trick is the right temperature, oil so it doesn't stick and something like a lid but tall enough to keep it hot and cook evenly inside.

They're amazing! I make them often. The key to them being fluffy is not over mixing the merengue with the yolk mixture. Wipe griddle with a little oil, cook on 300. I drip a tbl spoon of water before covering to help cook the inside. 👌🏼🤤
