    How to look attractive:
    1. Nose breathing, not breathing through mouth (Mouth Taping at night can help)
    2. Eating raw fruits/vegetables/meat for ensuring your jaws are strong and solid.
    3. Less sugar and strong jaw exercises.

Note: It’s best to NOT brush immediately after eating. Rinse with water, chew some fennel or cardamom….this is supportive. Then it’s safe to brush 45 mins to an hour after eating. This supports the oral microbiome and gut biome. Ancient medicine of Ayurveda …thanks.

Recently I started in professional breath work and meditation training. I was told to keep my tongue pressed up against the roof of my mouth. I think it’s pretty cool. I live alone and have a problem talking to myself. That in and of itself probably isn’t all that big of a deal but this has a tendency to keep me distracted. The tongue thing has been helping me be more mindful.

Go online and buy silicone mouth tape. Be sure to put on any moisturizer an hour before bed so the tape will stick.
This helped me. It has serrated lengths so it tears off easily. Tear a length to cover left and right end of your mouth.
It won’t take long and that tongue will stay right where it belongs.

The factor of longer term breastfeeding of infants in jaw and teeth formation is almost always missed out in these discussions. Sometimes because of the mistaken assumption that infants suck breast milk which they don’t, it’s muscular action by a baby’s tongue, but also because we have very few examples of normal breastfeeding continuing to 2-3yrs after children start eating solids in Western societies ie breastfeeding alongside eating solids. We’re lucky if babies get 6 months.

I breastfed my three each between 2 and 3 years. They have stunning jaw structure and straight teeth. Thank you. Clap for me. 😅 I can vouch for the importance of this. Moms are encouraged to formula feed because that's what suits the formula industry. If you follow instincts and listen to what the child needs, you just know they need the sustenance and comfort breastfeeding provides, well past 6 months and even one year. Saves money too.

Also he’s so healthy, the only time he ever was on antibiotics was when I stopped breastfeeding (family and doctors convinced me to stop because they said he wasn’t eating enough solid food and was getting too big) if I knew then what I know now I would have nursed him another year

For those of us who have allergies and are frequently dealing with nasal congestion, breathing through the nose isn't that easy at night

    • @8Freakish8
      @8Freakish8 11 місяців тому

Doing breath exercise to expand your diaphram as controlled nose breathing, will reduce your issues 😉 take allergy pills, use nose spray, one for allergies like dymista, twice a day and a xylometazolin to open the nose in case you still cant breath. Then u need to take care of your bedroom and improve the situation if possible. I suffered 10+ years and guess what, i dont need asthma spray and almost no nosespray while having a dog allergy and sleeping with my dog in 1 bed.
Breathing through your mouth will give you headache, anxiety and keep your inflamation levels all time high. Write down in the searching bar "diary of a ceo breathing" and youll get the best 1h30 to understand and make you wanna start improving your breathing.

Along with changed facial structures with more thick neck jowls they also had sore jaws from keeping their mouths open for so long at a time! We also have teeth designed to chew branches and twigs in the very back (wisdom teeth) that never get stimulated. Muscle/bone (especially jaw bone) need to be stimulated constantly or it will atrophy or break down. It’s why when people have dentures they lose their jaw bone and their face looks sunken in.
That’s a big contributing factor for why our face is so misaligned and we have evolved to not have room for our wisdom teeth. Same with breathing issues and sleep apnea totally dostorting our faces.

A tongue tie will also restrict your jaw development. My daughter had hers released at 6 years old and her face changed in a few months as her anatomy allowed for proper development. She stopped mouth breathing and her cheeks and mandible widened and her posture straightened out. Many adults have tongue ties.

Wow! You guys are blowing me away! I used to be a model and was lucky enough to go to a prestigious modeling school. Once, Playboy offered me big bucks to model for them, but I wasn't comfortable with nudes. I am now 70. You are part of the world that tells young women and men that it's important to look pretty. I wish I could reach through my computer and have a face-to-face with you! By the way, I hated modeling because I felt no depth nor purpose, so I started my own marketing communications agency and had it for 45 years. And another thing - I still get told I'm beautiful; I'm a serious mouth breather (can't tolerate CPAP), have EDS, way prematurely wrinkled with baggy skin, live in an electric wheelchair, too thin, all the thick hair fizzled, and I have the kindest, most beautiful boyfriend in the world. Sorry you would puke if you looked at me. I cannot wait until you're my age and you look back at this video. Shame on you!

With all do respect, I think you've completely missed the point. Every technique that is discussed here that can make someone more attractive is something that humans used to do naturally and lost through modern living. Everything that is being discussed in the video and that I've seen discussed in the comments so far is about being healthier by correcting unhealthy habits. Being healthier will make majority of people more attractive. Why should anyone be ashamed here for wanting to be healthier or more attractive? Being both healthier and more attractive can enhance your life dramatically and have a positive impact on those around you; as long as you're not vain about it.
We could of course talk about the beauty that comes from someone's personality, their heart and their wisdom but this video is about the power of correcting very unhealthy habits.

Go to the dentist a minimum (2) times per year for cleanings and after age (40-50) up to (3 to 4) times per year.. you won’t need “ X-rays” every year, unless you are inclined to decay..
But use the Water Pik and your oral health will change drastically ‼️
People with Braces/ Orthotics MUST get their teeth cleaned **4** times per year‼️
