    I really liked the way you theorised it, "T makes effort feel good!" wow! What a lovely expression. It's totally true because when we have low T for some reason, we feel sad too and when we have normal or higher T, we feel good even being angry on someone, we enjoy exercising, we want to go about, do different tasks, lift things, arrange things and put them in order, all of this without getting tired afterwards.

    I have sleep apnea. I recently got a sleep apnea machine and holy jesus, even having it on for a few hours a night is starting to become life changing. I can get through a day of work only yawning once or twice compared to a dozen times an hour and constantly feeling tired. Whilst I'm nowhere near where I need to be, even just making one change to my body is having a big impact. Looking forward to slowly introducing more things over the next few months. Now that I'm sleeping a little better and feeling more energetic, testosterone and other things next.

      Your so right and spread the word. I have extreme sleep apnea and the machine changed my life. To a point. I realized a lot of habits were from being tired. It's difficult to do extra, like working out, when it takes every fiber of your being and willpower to get through the minimum.

      Resmed airsense are the best machines due to their algorithm. Dont be afraid of full face masks they come in memory foam too. Best thing you will ever do is use it without fail.

    I have experiment myself what hes talking about and it kinda make sense, for me personally, we just gotta move our body every day so the blood can flow to every part of body, which mean you gotta exercise everyday and change your diet and have good sleep

    After weeks of chronic insomina, blood work shows my T-levels are still good, so yeah, it didn't affect that. But I am so exhausted from sleep deprivatation I can't train effectively or even think straight. So.. sleep deprivation masssively affects mental & physical performance. I can still train, but no power, and feel like crap although my T-levels are good.

      There is a guy called Matthew Walker he’s a sleep specialist.
      Here’s what I do ,
      1. Wear eye mask
      2 . Get a hot shower just before bed this lowers your core temperature which your body needs.
      3. Take magnesium L Theornate 1 hour before bed.
      4 . Stop drinking fluids around 3 hours before bed.
      5. Make sure your room is cool.
      6. Try meditation like wim hoff breathing this relaxes your body and mind.
      7. If your brain is doing over time say “don’t think” over and over and try not think about anything.
      That’s my tips also breathing through your nose you can tape your mouth to try .c

      I forgot what it’s called, but if you sleep next to someone do they ever say you breath funny sometimes when you’re asleep?
      If so you may have it, your brain doesn’t get proper oxygen while you sleep and doesn’t go through sleep cycles properly, so your 8 hour sleeps feel like a 1-2 hour sleep at best
      Edit: didn’t even read your comment properly 😂 give the kush leading up to bed a try, especially try finding the right type of things to listen to before bed

      Taking one strand of shrooms defeated my insomnia for months. I'm only sharing my experience. My high lasted for only two hours. Saw some colors and was in a good mood. Then had the best sleep I've ever had in years.

      I use poppy leaves for that. Nice and relaxing with no adverse effects except chronic addiction and constipation. Don't use more than 2x a week and never if you're constipated.. 🙂

    I’ve been doing everything recommended in this video and not only it didn’t “triple” my testosterone but it barely made any difference. The only thing I haven't tried yet is exercising less. That might help a little.

    About to watch this video and im sure it has good information but the most noticeable thing for me has been eggs. If you eat least like 3 eggs (I've eaten 9 at one time before) then you'll notice a difference in your "demeanor" the next day, including morning wood.

      I eat about 25 to 40 raw eggs a day. It's awesome for my skin, hair, immunity, and more. My lifelong allergies have gone away and I no longer catch colds. I swear it... my family all catch a cold, and suffer... but not me. And I don't have to wash my hands extra or anything like that. Just doesn't happen. I'm age 54 and feel like I'm just out of college. I used to eat the whole egg. Now I eat about half where it's just the yolk and the other half where it's still the whole egg.

      Brother both the supplements he mentioned have no solid studies to back up and scientists are not even sure of its side effects and precautions. There are many studies even suggesting not to take those supplements. I read it on WebMD that Fadogia is not tested for side effects and stuff so we don't know what it will do to our bodies. Allahu Alam but stay away from it. Just work out good and eat healthy diet no artificial food like Mc Donalds and such and sleep good wake up for fajr and maintain a life where you stay away from Social media as much as possible and it will help you increase your test InshaAllah

      That's the one bad effect of DHT, but it masculinizes the body better than testosterone. For hair loss, incorporate raw eggs, avocado, or organ meat for the bioavailable biotin.

      On what planet does 50 mg/kg bodyweight equate to 607 mg for a 75kg adult? 50mg x 75kg = 3,750 mg or 3.7 grams. Check your math there bud.

    He is sometimes contradicting what he says. In the podcast with david goggins he said our something in out brain grows if we do something we don't want to do i.e something we hate to do. Now he's telling us if we go something like we like to do it or feel good while doing it, it increases our testosterone. So in that sense if we don't want to do something and we do it and we don't feel good it decreases our testosterone. But if we enjoy the process we decrease something in our brain as said in that podcast.
    I'm not trying to start a arguement. I respect andrew huberman greatly. I follow many of his routines, i just noticed this flaw. Correct me if i'm wrong.

      Don’t fear the injections. Every man should start them at some point in there life. Of course it should be under doctor supervision. You will feel so much better and you should be able to take them once a month and be fine.

      Never look at the sun directly. You shouldn't even directly look at an eclipse.

    I felt zero difference on steroids aside from strength and I was on mast and test think test alone I was at 600 mg a week. Zero psychological changes.

    I live at night ,my diet is shit ,i smoke and im depressed, dosent seem to affect my testo-levels. Im 41 without problems , i train 5 days per week ,high volume. Everything is just speculation thats the sad part about this. The only thing i do to stay young and healthy is that i sleep alot more than most of you. I aim for 9-12h per night. I understand thats not possible for everyone tho but believe me its the key. Its the only time the body repairs itself properly so its just logical that alot of it is good. Logic is often more worth than science.Science always has a timelimit . It can be correct for 10 years untill its not again. Listen to your own body not to Hybrisman ;)

    I’m 45 yrs old and after ten years of seeking the cause of my severe depressive disorder diagnosis, I have been diagnosed with severe central sleep apnea-up to 190 apnea events per hour causing oxygen levels to drop below 77%. My free test levels are consistently sub 300. I was prescribed a BIPAP and assured it would be life-changing. After 6 months of religious use, there was no change in my depression or energy levels so I abandoned the BIPAP. My doctors insist that I if I don’t address the problem I will die in my sleep soon. They don’t seem to grasp that for an unmarried, severely depressed, 45 year old male with no children, that’s actually good news. Now they want to do a procedure to implant pacemaker technology because they say my phrenic nerve stops activating my diaphragm when I fall asleep. They say this is uncommon for people without heart disease yet they have done no testing for heart disease. They’re say that issue with my phrenic nerve is idiopathic meaning they don’t know why it isn’t working, but they haven’t referred me to a neurologist. This combined with all the Covid nonsense has made me completely lose any faith in the medical community. All they’re after is your/your insurance companies money. I’ve also tried all the Tonghat Ali and Fagadojia BS and it doesn’t do a damn thing either.

      Look up tongue posture, mewing, the 'Jaws: a Hidden Epidemic' book, for the sleep apnea. Tongue posture alone probably won't do much, at this point, but you can definitely work with a professional and get some appliances to try and widen the airway.
      Weight training is a must. If you're not already doing it, it has huge anti-depressive benefits. Focus on compound lifts (squats, bench, deadlifts), 8-20 repetition range, progress in weight, reps, and technique over time. This is *not* cardio.
      Eat more protein, veggies, fruits, protein, whole grains, protein, nuts, seeds, and last but not least, protein. Eat more of it than you think you need.
      If you're wondering "why bother?", it's because your life's journey is unique, and thus valuable. Start documenting anything and everything about your life, for posterity. Might not seem like it, but it's immensely useful for the rest of the world.

    so the more stress ( cortisol) the less testosterone. Interesting. Enjoying oneself enjoying what you are doing keeps testosterone levels high. It about enjoying the effort. When you are full of prolactin you get weak and lazy. So the more ou enjoy effort the higher levels of testosterone you will have and you will have more drive, ambition desire to put in high effort in any activity you do. A little suffering( effort) does the mind and the body good!
