The Allergen in peanuts is found in the protein of the peanut and that protein is not present in Peanut frying oil. However, anyone with a peanut allergy should always consult their physician. I'm sincerely looking forward to a sequel to Babish's cookbook. Binginger With Babish, Binge Harder? Binging With Babish 2, Electric Bingealoo?
Babish, please make "Sweet Bread a la Gusteau" from Ratatouille! I'd love to see how you'd make it!
THIS IS LITERALLY THE FASTEST I'VE EVER CLICKED.
OOOOOWEEEEEEOOOOOOO.
dun de dun, dun de dun, dun de dun, dun di dun....
"You wanna buy some fish sticks?"
*waves hand* "You don't want to sell me fishsticks"
"I don't want to sell you fishsticks"
*waves hand again* "You want to go home and rethink your life"
"I want to... have you tried with custard?"
Is it a reference to star wars? I am a new Star wars fan, so I ain't sure
@@shanayazaveri2620 It's from Episode II - Attack of the Clones. The one with the "i hate sand, it's rough and coarse and it gets everywhere" meme. Arguably the worst of the prequels. My quote is from a scene in a lower Coruscant bar when Anakin and Obi-Wan are tracking a shapeshifter. Obi goes to the bar to offer himself as a target and while waiting there, a small timer comes along to sell him drugs, prompting that exchange. Minus my alteration of the last sentence ofc.
@@shanayazaveri2620 You wanna buy some deathsticks?
@@jarlhenrik the worst is EP.1 imo. At least ep.2 contributes to the overall plot of the other 2 movies, tpm kinda connects to the plot, but is mostly unrelated.
Aotc also has better meme lines
@@pennyforyourthots Ep1 has podrace, Duel of the Fates, Qui Gon, Maul.. Unfortunately it also has Jar Jar so.. noone wins :p
Doctor shows up: "There you see? Babish."
Tries the food, spits: "Babish is evil. Bad, bad Babish."
Netflix: are you still watching
Somebody's daughter: 4:29
Salt crusted fishfingers in a sweet custard could actually be da-bomb. Like salty fried in a milkshake sort of vibe
Can your make the legendardy pink frosted sprinkle donuts from The Simpsons
Mmmmmm…Donut….
ive been wanting to try this ever since I watched doctor who in high school
If I was a dinner party, and the host pulls out the fish fingers and custard, I'm instantly thinking they're a Whovian in love with Matt Smith, which might make me mistake them for myself
Fun Fact Highly Refined Peanut oil, like the Peanut oil one would use for deep frying. Is generally safe for consumption by those with a peanut allergy. The Allergen in peanuts is found in the protein of the peanut and that protein is not present in Peanut frying oil. However, anyone with a peanut allergy should always consult their physician.
This is also why fast food places like McDerps and BK use Peanut Oil in their deep fryers. The Oil is allergen free.
I'd love to see you make the candy from Jimmy Neutron! From the episode Krunch Time, where it's Chewy, Gummy, Nutty, Sweet, Sour, Salty, Spicy, Tangy, Fruity, and Fudgy!
No
Yes
I think you should try and make the ambrosia from Percy Jackson idk how but it would be interesting
On ur 9 million sub special video, make all the different curry dishes from Pokemon Sword/Shield video game
He’s gonna still be making them by the time he reaches the 10mil sub mark
ok, you've convinced me to get a fish and chips takeaway tonight - cheers man, having a great time now.
1106 years for Babish to make this. Worth it.
I grew up in the Tom Baker era of Doctor Who, watched it religiously with my dad when I was a tot. Yep, got nightmares too. Still awesome though. Being from Boston, Gortons still serves me well on occasion today. Ah, memories.
Don't forget Leela of the Sevateem
I might add for extra authenticity, when you buy frozen fish fingers over here in the UK, they are breaded i believe and unless you eat them in a sandwich, they will just fall apart on your fork or in your fingers
They're breaded in Australia here too but what are you doing stabbing them with the force of a thousand newtons? Need to get that breading looked at if they fall apart.
When you get 9 million subs, make all the different foods T-Bo sell with a stick through them from iCarly show
I did this for a catering event! Panko breaded tilapia, seasoned lightly with s&p, smoked paprika, and a little Chili powder, with a thick vanilla creme anglaise. I keep getting requests for it 😆
imagine coming home and your child is eating ice cream from the container with a 1000 year old man and he is eating fishsticks and custurd
You basically made a very creamy tartar sauce, which sounds heavenly
Oh man, now I really miss the old seasons of doctor who!
I think itd be cool if you tried to make the Big Belly Burger from the Arrowverse. Either that or Corey's pancakes from Boy Meet World
I did my take on Fish Fingers and Custard a few years back. I did Salt and Vinegar Potato Chip Crusted Fish Fingers with a Malt Vinegar Aoili as my "custard."
It was fantastic.
You know, I once looked up Caitie Blackwood (the girl who played child Amelia) and quite frankly she grew up to look very much like her cousin, Karen Gillian. The serendipity of that casting proved excellent in retrospect.
